But when he tries to get up, Dante’s there to hold him down. “Shh, don’t move,” his lover whispers, cradling him close. “Ryan, try not to move your legs.”

“My legs are fine,” Ryan assures him. At least, he thinksthey are. Already the rush is leaving him, the heat of the moment, and with a weary sigh, he asks, “Do you know where first aid is?”
