Trevor was all smiles,

really proud of himself.With

good fucking reason,Paul

“Yeah. You have to sort of

deliver it out of the back of your hand.” Trevor got the ball back

and tried to demonstrate to Paul how to hold it. “You need to have

the top joints of your index and middle fingers across the seam,

with the ball resting between a bent third finger and the thumb.
