Rapid Improvements

While I was feeling a bit vexed at having only one SFS point remaining,

" Host the Tier 1 energy drinks have been stored in the system inventory."

I nodded nonchalantly and freed myself from distraction while focusing on my run, I completed the first 10 km lap and before starting the walk I asked for a Tier 1 energy drink as I was feeling a bit thirsty.

A plastic bottle of about 35 cl appeared in my hands it was transparent with orange colored liquid inside, I guess it was an orange flavored drink, opening it and taking a sip it was indeed orange flavored by the time I was done drinking I felt my energy returning bit by bit and I was soon filled with energy as I hadn't spent much in the first place.

After drinking I continued my walk after which when I reached the 10 kilometer mark I started running and so repeatedly till I was done with the 40 kilometres.

I quickly started doing some stretches to loosen my muscles before the next exercise to prevent injuries, as stiff muscles could lead to injuries which I desperately do need to avoid.

After my muscle stretches I then started explosive speed training, first started with hurdle jumps, then moved onto box jumps with some benches that were materialized by the system, then to depth jumps to staircase bounds to high knee jumps to jump lunges to jump squats to bench lunges to bench squats to step with knee drives to power bounds, then start a 10 yards sprint with abrupt stops and a 30 yards straight through and it took about 6 minutes after which I took a minute of rest and repeated the routine again for about 30 minutes and then started normal agility training for about 30 minutes and some other physical trainings it took about 5 hours total for the whole training routine.

" What!!! 10 consecutive days , system how do I even go about this??"

"Host is adviced to carryout the 5 hours exercise routine 2 times, spend 2 hours, spend another 2 hours in the gym, the time spent in the muscle relaxation pod is also counted and then spend the remaining 2 hours kicking the ball, This comes up to a sum of about 24 hours."

"This is going to be a long 10 days" I told myself, but I had to do it, this is my final chance at a dream so far away from me in my last life, I can't afford to be lazy and mess it up.

So I picked myself up and with a bottle of the Tier 1 energy drink in hand went to the gym.

"And host do not worry the Tier 1 energy drink and muscle relaxation pod will provide host with all needed nutrition, so let go and train as hard as you can."

I walked into the gym in the facility, it was very standard and luxurious so I got to work, I spent about 2 hours doing muscle trainings so as to increase the strength of my leg muscles, my arms and in general build up my body strength as whole, then topped it off with a sprint on the track mill.

When I was done I quickly walked into the room with the muscle relaxation pod, it was a pod filled silver liquid it looked like mecury, my cloth was stripped off and I entered into the pod, lay down and it closed and all of a sudden I was feeling drowsy and few seconds later I was in Dreamland.

10 HOURS LATER

I slowly woke up and looking around the pod had been emptied, so after it opened I got up and left the pod.

After leaving the pod I felt so full of energy I quickly started the second round of my five hour exercise routine.

I quickly got a football and started kicking it from the center of the pitch in to the goal post once I was done with the exercise routine, I played as a winger and back in the academy my coach always told me, as a winger you must be able to run, get the ball accurately into the 18-yard box for your striker and then run back to help your fullback when the ball is lost. But as someone from the future, I knew being a modern winger wasn't just about crossing the ball into the opponents 18-yard box for your striker to score, no modern wingers could cut into 18-yard to shoot and the could do alot of other things Cristiano Ronaldo was a classic example and he scored more than the center forwards.

So my training was to shoot from the center of the pitch to my goal post to increase my shot power and accuracy.

And so I spent my days,

9 days gone.....

10 days gone.....

Just doing repetitive training and daily quests until.....
