He slaughtered hundreds of thousands of players with his team, and conquered every team on the pro circuit.

However, after retiring, nothing came along that ever challenged him until a doctor showed up with a limosine and an offer he couldn't refuse.

"If you are able to beat Monarch, an AI I created in even one game, I'll make all your wildest dreams come true."

Jeff, who had been almost invincible by himself, pondered if he should take the offer.
