It was an ordinary day in the world, each person cared only about their own problems, they didn't care about what was happening around them, they were stuck in their cell phone screens, their minds stuck in their social networks.

 Rumors circulated on the internet of a mad scientist who said he found you the cure for death, but this such cure did not actually exist, it was a parasitic virus that destroyed the host's brains and turned the hosts into parasitic monsters, they were bloodthirsty who they only cared about looking for one thing;  ensure that your species survives.

 A group of survivors will fight to ensure their survival, but strange events will happen.

 Will they be strong enough to withstand a war against the humans themselves and on top of that to defend themselves against hordes of zombies?

City ​​of The Dead

 It all started on a normal day like any other, but something was about to change world peace, bringing chaos to humanity and the end of hope.


 I was just getting ready to go to my security job at a computer company.  My 5-year-olds were fumbling around on television to find some design that they liked, but they were already bored looking for it.


 Until unintentionally, it stopped at the afternoon paper and the article said about a protest that was taking place in the center of Rio de Janeiro, I could only see the scenes of people running in the street and I saw a madwoman biting a police officer, which was very inappropriate for my kids see so I took the controller and put it on the cartoon called young titans in action, I didn't understand how they liked such a silly cartoon like that.


 - Julia where's my lunch box at work?  - I scream loudly for her to hear.


 - It's already inside your silly backpack - she shouted inside the bathroom, because she was taking a shower.


 - I'm going then, until the night, bye children - I said going to the door.


 - Bye Daddy, see you at night - the twins said at the same time.


 I was standing there waiting for the traffic light to turn green so I could run my bike to work, but then I saw more crazy people running in the street, I couldn't understand how a city as good as that only had people who didn't had not a shred of sanity.


 After about 30 minutes I arrived at the company where I worked as a security guard, left my motorcycle in the company parking lot, and went to work normally, I saw my friend Valentino who works at the same company as a hacker who helped to eliminate system failures that was in the company.


 - Shall we go to the bar today after work?  - I asked him excited.


 - Of course, bro, today I'm very stressed I really need a beer - he answers more excited.


 We were talking to the company cafeteria, where it was packed with other employees, while we drank our coffees and chatted, we heard shouting coming from a hallway, and then several people ran out of it, they attacked each other , their mouths were bloody and full of human flesh, I was paralyzed, looking at that scene because I didn't understand that scene, it even seemed like a strange dream, because I didn't understand what was happening in that fuck.


 Valentino had a quick reaction by grabbing my hand and dragging me from that situation, we were going towards the elevator, but it was crowded with people and there were a lot of desperate screams, as if they were being attacked by monsters, and I could only hear animal sounds coming that place.


 So we went through the emergency stairs, the only thing we wanted was to go up and up, because if we went down, we would know that we wouldn't come back alive.  It reminded me a little of the story of the Joelma building, my grandfather was in that tragedy, but luckily he had managed to escape.


 I only knew how to think about how my family was in the middle of all that chaos, fear dominated my mind and panic was even worse.
