Not So Much of a Lovers' Quarrel

"Excuse me, Chairman…" called someone from outside the private quarter where Drystan took Ercilia for the meantime while Hermes handled the interrogation back at the guardroom.

"Your grandfather asks for your presence. The guests are starting to notice your absence."

Drystan begrudgingly responds, not pleased with the intervention. He requests to have a few more moments, and whoever it is behind the door has let him. Ercilia starts talking once they're all by themselves again.

"Please, hear me out, Dan. I thought of something," she said in all seriousness.

"This better not be another reckless idea, Lia. But alright. I'll listen to what you have to say," he replied, understanding the gravity of the matter going by how tense and grave she looked.

With that, Ercilia tries her best to explain everything to Drystan as briefly as possible.
