You're Coming With Me!

Major General Chad Mosely looked at Samuel, raising an eyebrow. The chauffeur opened the car door for them, and Samuel crawled out of the suffocating vehicle with the journal held tightly in his hands, falling on the ground accidentally. 

Samuel panickingly sat down to grab the journal when a foot pressed it down in front of his eyes. He held the journal to pull it out of the foot's grip, but it was inevitably stuck. Frustrated, he looked up. A familiar face... A little too familiar. 

"Samuel?" General Bradley addressed Samuel while grinning widely. "Welcome home." 

Samuel was lost for words. He didn't know how to reply to him. Not when he was crushing Samuel's only comfort under his foot like it was nothing. 

Bradley narrowed his eyes to read what was written on the leather cover and scoffed loudly. 

"Do not forget Private Joshua?" Bradley muttered. "Where's my name, boy?"
