4. Murasaki City

The spell that Kier casted created a huge crater in the the forest, while being unconscious Shin carried him to a nearby gigantic tree that has formed a little cave by its roots. Shin also prepared dinner for him and kept him warm as sun was about to set.

" Master where am I?". Kier asked.

" Still in the forest, near the mess that you made".

Kier walked towards the area where the fight happened and was shocked about the crater that he made, it's size was comparable to an entire village. He promised himself not to use a huge scale magic from now on unless if it's necessary.

" Anyways, Master what kind of world are we in right now?"

Shin told Kier that the world they're residing at is called 'Quib' and there are currently three continents that are known to the people which is Gressia, an empire where all races coexist except for demon kins, Enzornia, a beast kingdom where most animals and beastmen lives , and Euzoria, a shady continent where demons resides.

" Master, are there a town or city near here? I can't just stay in this forest for the rest of my life right?" Kier asked.

" Follow the methods recorded in the book that I gave you and once you'll finish it then we can go". Shin said without Kier knowing that it's a trap.

One week had past and Kier shown an astonishing speed of growth, it's about time he puts his strength to the test. As Shin and Kier was on their way to exit the forest what awaited them was the 'Chimera, Shin told Kier to defeat the beast on it's own. ( Let's just name that Lion as Chimera cuz it sounds cool)

" MASTER THIS DOESN'T LOOK GOOD, THE SIZE OF THIS THING IS ENORMOUS ENOUGH TO SWALLOW A WHOLE VILLAGE." Kier said as he was intimidated by the appearance of the Chimera.

As the Chimera rushed towards Kier, He composed himself and concentrated the mana in all parts of his body and got engulfed in flames. Kier was surrounded by dark spiraling flames and aimed it at the beast.

" EXPLOOOOOOSSSIIIIOOOONNNN!!!!"

At this time Kier realized that he broke his promise on not using the same spell.

"UWAAAAGGHHHHH!! I used it again, Master I'm sorry I destroyed the forest ". Kier cried in agony but this time his body withstood the recoil of the spell unlike the first time he used it he completely passed out.

" That was intense kid and you have enough mana to pull it off now, and the forest restores itself so no need to worry about it".

With Kier now fully understood the secrets of the world's energy they departed from the Forest and began to embark towards Murasaki City.

Meanwhile, Brionez, a highly secured research facility where Shin was experimented on began it's move. The facility was filled with lights coming from the screen of the monitors and sounds made by keyboards.

" There has been an abnormal level of mana fluctuating in the Forest of Damnation, inspect the situation ASAP". The facility worker said.

" What's the situation?" said the person who seems to hold an upper standing within the facility.

" Sir we believe it's the Demon Cyborg Shin that caused this situation"

" Notify and send the Red squad to scout the area ASAP, we must eliminate the threats that may hinder our plans in the future".

Kier and Shin got into Murasaki City safely and decided to buy supplies and things that are necessary for them. Later on they decided to split up for a while since Shin discovered something while they arrived within the city gates.

As soon as Shin moved alone he noticed some movements that seemed to be following him, he then hastily moved towards the upper part of the City and reached the Valley of Peace. Shin moved away to the city as far as possible until.

* same time at Brionez headquarters*

" Sir can Red squad stand a chance against the Legendary Cyborg?" The worker asked.

" They may look like fools but according to the recent examination that we held they stood up the most, they worked under us for only one reason and that is to eliminate Shin to exact revenge in their deceased ancestors that created Shin and also the very first generation of human cyborgs. The most intriguing one was their captain, Uriel".

" DEMON SHIIINN I FOUND YOUUU!!!". As these words left Uriel's mouth he continued launching some heavy blows.

Shin blocked all attacks easily untill five more cyborgs joined the fight and Shin found his self in a pinch.

Meanwhile as Kier was strolling around the city he realized something's going on outside the city through his magic sense.

" Master's aura is weakening, No! it can't be" he muttered these words as he sprinted outside the city as fast as he could.

The first generation of cyborgs attacked Shin together leaving him no time to counterattack.

Shin's body is already old and his movements became slow as well, Uriel hastily took the chance while Shin can't move properly and landed a successful hit on Shin and got rid of his right hand, leaving him only with his left metallic hand.

Shin knows that he can't win this fight so and decided to resort to his last struggle, He then unleashed all of his remaining aura and pointed it towards Uriel and his companions.

" You really are a monster, you're the very first cyborg to use aura this proficient but too bad you're already breaking apart." Uriel gave his last speech and with lightning speed he suddenly got into Shin's back and stabbed his back and was followed by five more attacks dealt by Uriel's companions.

Kier arrived at the scenario a bit too late and couldn't believe what he just witnessed, Shin's body created a lot of sparks, his legs, chest, arm's and even his head was pierced with iron rods. Kier was engulfed with rage towards the foe and was overwhelmed with his powers.

Kier released his aura and surpassed his limiter allowing him to release more of his aura and mana at the same time.

Uriel couldn't believe what he saw for it was like a demon unleashing its wrath and planning to destroy the world.
