Moving Out

"So, so…Ummm….I will move in with you and live in your place right now?"

"Yes. Is there a problem with that, Miss Allynna?" He asks calmly.

Allynna tongue-tied again. She doesn't know how to reply to him. She could only shake her head. And obediently went upstairs and took her suitcase which she had prepared last night. She has also included all the documents she will need in the capital.

Before she goes, she tidies her room for the last time and looks at the whole of her bedroom with teary eyes. After a moment, she wiped a trace of tears from her cheeks as she walked outside carrying her suitcase.

But before she brought the suitcase to the first floor, she was suprised to see Leon had already appeared before her. He lifted her large, heavy suitcase like a cotton bag without speaking. She could only smile, looking at how sweet Leon was now.

...

Allynna followed him out of her house.

After locking the door, she looked again at the home she had lived in for many years with mixed feelings. She can't describe how sad she is to leave this house finally. She doesn't know when she will come back to this place.

"Miss Allynna, don't be sad. Someone will take care of your house. You can come back anytime if you want—"

Allynna turned to Leon. Another strange feeling appears in her heart hearing his words.

"Thank you, Sir Leon... thank you." She felt relieved she could go without feeling guilty to her parents for leaving behind their house just like that.

Allynna glances for the last time to see her house while speaking with her parents in her mind, 'Mom, Dad… I will come back after I finish my search in the capital..." She then turned to follow Sir Leon out of the courtyard with her heavy step and chest.

But before the gate closed, she remembered the box she would give to the orphanage. "Sir Leon, wait—"

"Yes, Miss Allynna. What is it?" Leon stopped his step and looked at her with a calm face, but Allynna swore she saw a slight frown on it. She could see he was annoyed.

"The Box.," She said while walking back inside.

"It's already in the car," He turned away from Allynna. He was walking towards the black car.

She stopped in her tracks and locked the gate. After that, she walked quickly toward the car, but she was suprised when she saw a man in a black suit open the door for Leon. He looked respectful towards him as he lowered his head and dared not even see Leon's face for a second.

Allynna feels puzzled. Her curiosity toward this man was getting deeper.

'Why should everyone bow their head towards him?' She wonders. 'First Uncle Arathorn and now this man. Does he have such a high and prestigious status in the empire that the people around him greatly respect him?

"Miss Allynna, are you waiting for something? If not, please hurry..." He urged.

Allynna was surprised to hear Sir Leon's calm and polite voice but with an impatient tone calling her. She felt embarrassed when she realized she had been standing just looking at him without getting into the car.

She immediately walked toward the car. Before she joined Leon, she greeted the man in the black suit, "Hello, Sir—"

Geoffrey suddently feels tense when he hears the lady talk to him. "Please, My Lady, I am not worthy of being called Sir…." He said with fear and lowered his head, avoiding eye contact with her.

Geoffrey finally got the answer to the mystery confusing him for the last few weeks. He was confused when he saw this little lady. From how she dressed, he was sure this lady was still a teenager, maybe a high school student. And she is also an ordinary girl from a non-royal family on this small island.

This island was so far from the capital that he was sure the crown prince had never been to this island.

Contules question now appears in Geoffrey's mind: How can Prince Eleon be attracted to this lady? How they meet!?

Even though this lady has a natural beauty, her face is glowing without using any makeup like the woman he usually sees in the capital. But regrettably, this lady lacks in royal manners. She probably never learned anything about how to behave like a royal family.

Geoffrey was sure this lady didn't come from the royal family, not even that she had royal blood.

But something stunned Geoffrey when he was around this lady—even though she doesn't have manners like the daughter of a royal family in the capital. Nevertheless, her noble aura radiated from her presence was too strong.

...

As the car moved, Allynna felt uncomfortable. It's because, apart from Leon sitting beside her, there were two other people she had never met before in front of her, and Leon hadn't introduced them to her yet. It made her feel awkward, and she didn't know what to do.

Does she need to greet them? Or ignore them? She was confused.

Allyna ignored them and enjoyed the scenery outside the car, observing the street where she usually walked daily to school. Her mind drifted back to all the memories of her stay on this island.

After the car moved away from the city, she headed to the other side of the island, where a street she didn't recognize because she rarely visited this area. She remembered her mother took her to the orphanage house a few times when she was little. It has been a long time since then. She had forgotten the road they were on now.

As their car passed through a dense forest, Allyanna suddenly remembered something. She immediately looked at Leon, sitting beside her with his head looking out the window.

"Sir Leon..." Allynna whispered, worried about disturbing him. She didn't want to upset this man. When she saw Leon turn towards her, she was relieved.

"May I ask something?" She asked, locking eyes with him.
