Big Zombie Cat

Horado who was initially shocked planned to back away from the zombie cat since he still doesn't have enough control over his powers in the meantime while he only has a few scrap metals left.

'Honestly I should have at least made spears or swords out of some of the metals...' Horado thought regretfully.

Horado slowly backed away from the zombie cat yet right at that time another human appeared.

"Come here you big freakish cat!!" The human screamed, the voice is gender neutral while Horado could only see the outline of the figure thus he doesn't know whether that human is a man or a woman but is most likely a teen.

The Zombie Cat turned towards where the sound came from then started running towards it, Horado swore that the cat wasn't slower than the boar pig he fought nor is it slower than a speeding race car that is going through completely straight course, along with its nimble movements makes it one hell of a scary enemy to fight against.

Horado shivered in fear, thinking that if he fought against such a beast then he would most likely be eaten. He turned around and started running but sadly his wish of not encountering another Zombie Cat didn't come true as a Zombie Cat that is nearly as big as the other one appeared but the one in front of him looks skinnier and faster.

Horado swallowed the saliva that had unintentionally been stockpiled in his moth as he started pulling out a pole from the storage as he started to melt some parts of it in order to make it into a spear.

'I can not battle against it while carrying her but at the same time it could target her if I am not careful' Horado thought as he decided to place his baggage down as the temperature around him started to rise.

"COME!!!" Horado shouted to the top of his lungs while the hot air made it seemingly explode in volume which made plenty of ordinary glass to shatter and most reinforced glass and polymer crack, it even rattled the bones of the Zombie Cat.

Horado's eyes started to glow orange as he stared down at the Zombie Cat, now instead of the Zombie Cat eyeing it's prey it became a match akin to a brawl between a Tiger and a Lion.

the Cat and the human? stared at each other with vigilance until the cat had enough and started running towards Horado, thankfully the act couldn't use the maximum potential of its body since it's muscles are rotten or teared off or even eaten as well as the natural law of something needing to have enough time in order to increase their speed and momentum however the same could be said with Horado's case since he doesn't have full control of his power even though he has a catastrophic amount of firepower.

Horado couldn't even see the movement of the cat so he touched the ground instinctively and tried to feel where it was using the subtle vibrations. Horado couldn't move according to what he can just feel where the cat would attack or else it would be meaningless so he waited until it took the last step towards him. He raised his improvised spear shocking the cat who tried to avoid it yet it still pierced its remaining eye.

Horado grinned but him not knowing that animals can feel killing intent and danger made his desire to kill show which made the cat jump back in a hurry. Horado was confused by the sudden maneuver the cat did but paid it no mind as he grabbed an exposed metal supporting beam and melted a part of it then turned it into a ball.

The cat who could no longer see but can still hear heard the sizzling sound of molten iron which made it start to panic as all living beings had an instinct to avoid fire since it is dangerous. Horado started flicking the balls of nearly completely molten iron towards the cat who nearly dodged each and every single one yet it still took quite some damage.

The dried skin and muscles on it started to burn due to catching fire while some of its bones had cracks in them due to the small solid iron balls hiding behind a coating of molten iron.

"Did you really think that I didn't plan ahead?!!" Horado shouted as more of his fingers turned into magma while he continued flicking the molten iron balls causing them to shatter bone after bone yet the zombie cat isn't going to let itself die that easily as it launched a desperate attempt to Horado's life but Horado had already anticipated it visible by the he held on his hands, ready to fight against the enemy head on even if his weapon is a crudely made spear on which ha didn't have any prior experience of using nor any instinctive feeling.

The two clashed ones they met, Horado's crudely made spear broke apart into multiple pieces while Horado himself was forced to get on his knees but his opponent remained standing. After a good five seconds the sound of crumbling bones echoed throughout the desolate block of where they are.

Horado had been victorious yet the fingers of his left hand is nowhere to be seen, thankfully they had started regrowing yet in a slow rate. He groggily walked back to the podium containing the girl as he started charging the used up batteries while also giving himself ample time to rest.

After a couple of hours of rest one would think that he would be an easy prey but the thing is that the big zombie cat he just defeated is considered the leader as well as the scariest creature that can be found in the city they were in so no creature dared to cross the line and even willingly surrendered a hundred meters of their own territories.
