William successfully assured the two clients he met today and after their last client this afternoon, and when the client and client's staffs went out of the private room in the restaurant they are in, he let out a long-satisfied sigh, that send Matthew laughing who were seated at his side.
He sent his hand flying to his secretary's back who keep on laughing at him and when Matthew didn't stop laughing, he smacked his back again. William crossed his arm in front of his chest while glaring at his secretary and waiting for him to sober up from laughing.
"You seem so casual with me, what year were you born? I know we're already friends, but we're still working and I'm your boss so stop teasing me. You're not like that to my brother, are you?" William spoke, clearly annoyed.
"Well, he's my superior so I can't tease him like that. I'm born on year 1997, how about you?" Matthew answered.
"Sir?" Matthew teasingly added.
"So, do I need to call you 'sunbae'?" William sarcastically asked after rolling his eyes on Matthew- who chuckled at his question. (Sunbaenim- (formal) superior; Sunbae (informal))
"I'm a year older than you." He added.
"Should I call you Liam hyung, then?" Matthew sincerely asked, gone his teasing antics. (Hyung- (informal; male to older male) older brother; Hyungnim (formal))
And William felt goosebumps all over his body after hearing Matthew called him hyung, that he can't help but to grimace.
"No, Liam's fine." He said abruptly, clearly against the idea. Then Matthew nodded.
Matthew calling him hyung was surprisingly felt awful for him, that he didn't know why he's strongly against it even though it is in their culture's norm.

After work.
Instead driving his boss directly to his residence, Matthew drove to the other way. William notices that their droving neither of their places so he glances at his secretary and frown before asking.
"Where are we going?" He asked, confused.
"To the supermarket. I need to buy some stuff and I think you should get some too." Matthew said then glance at his boss then bring his eyes on the road again.
"Well, you need to fill your fridge with food and not just beverages and your cupboard has nothing but instant ramyeon." He added and rolled his eyes.
"Unlike you Matt, the kitchen and I aren't friends, I might burn my house when I'll really cook." William said sarcastically. And Matthew laughed.
"We'll get you the easy-to-cook ones. So, you won't wait for deliveries anymore. And cooking is a stress reliever." Matthew said and the two went silent after. It's not tensed though, the silence around them was comfortable.

Supermarket.
Matthew was the one who pushes the cart while William was at his side. The frown on William's face is getting worse as time passes by. He actually doesn't spend longer than 15 minutes on the supermarket when he's buying his stuff but they were taking too long right now. It's been an hour or more since they entered the supermarket and his secretary is still not done yet. Matthew seems likes to roam aisle per aisle, and shelf per shelf when his in the supermarket and he inspects each product for a minute or so before placing them in their cart- which contains different ingredients, spices and foods only.
"Are we done yet?" William asked for the nth time. While Matthew was inspecting the fruits if they are fresh or overripe.
"Nope. Not done. I'll cook us dinner, is that fair enough?" Matthew answered as he smiles at William teasingly every time William asked if they're already done.
"Argh!" William can't help but to groan out of frustration.
After two more aisles, they were finally walking towards the counter but had to fall in line since it's the hour when the supermarket became full of people. As the two men wait in the line, Matthew notices girls eyeing their way.
Of course, Liam was too handsome today, even when frowning. Matthew thought and rolled his eyes in his mind.
He glances at the man beside him and went closer to his boss then nudge his shoulder.
"Are you okay, Liam?" He asked.
"Do I look okay? I'm tired from the meetings and you dared to dragged me here and shop for hours!" William half shouted so he won't make a scene inside the supermarket.
Then his secretary just chuckled at his face and said sorry adorably. That he can't help but to snort, not to Matthew but to himself because his irritation faded away after that puppy face Matthew pulled while saying sorry.
"What do you want for dinner, Liam?" Matthew asked after a while and they're still close to each other, no one dared to moved away. They both feel comfortable even when they were that close and both are not minding the judgmental stares from the people around them.
"Baby back ribs." William immediately answered because he saw the ingredients Matthew were buying earlier. It's his favorite, so he knows the ingredients but can't cook the food for himself. His biological mother used to cook that for him and he longed for the same taste that his mother cooked for him, for so long.
"Okay then." Matthew happily agreed, since he purposely placed the ingredients in their cart, he actually knew what William's favorite food was, based from Zach's intel.
As they wait for their turn in the counter, Matthew keeps on glancing at William because he has this urged to fix the strand of William's bangs that fell from its position. William actually looked even more fine with the strand of bangs in front of his face but there are more girls who were eyeing the man beside him so he stopped controlling himself anymore. His hand automatically reached for William's bangs and gently fixes it to place. And William was stunned by Matthew's action.
When Williams' eyes glances at Matthews', both of them instantly look away and subtly move slightly away from each other, feeling their faces burning hot just like how it felt when they held each other hand mindlessly, that happened not so long ago.
