1. How to make a wish
So, like all other fanfiction oc/si character to be in an anime, yeah i am one of those guys who spend everyday after pandemic searching for fanfiction to read in webnovel.. here i am before GOD (lets skip the thing abou i die before truck kun thingy) and he says he is gonna grant me 4 wishes and be allowed to reincarnate in another world..
When i ask god why i was allowed to ask for 4 wishes, he said "yeah coz it is so common to ask for 3 wishes or 5 wishes in every other ff" so he said i can ask for 4 wishes according to my wish as he want to change his style..
So i am going to write my conversation with GOD now..
Me: so GOD are you really GOD who is the creator of all and can do anything and grant any wishes?
GOD: yeah i am, why, you don't believe me?
Me: nah i believe you if you say you are GOD, i just wanna make sure cause in most of the other ff i read when i was alive the so called GOD after hearing the wishes use to say that it is a bit difficult to grant the exact wishes and change them so, i hope you can grant my wishes right?
GOD: of course i can, i am not like those fake god in ff that you read i am the real GOD
Me: yeah i know that you are the real deal.. so can i ask for my wishes now?
GOD: yeah you can ask for your wish now, stop wasting my time and the readers time
Me: ok ok i know, for my 1st wishes i want my own independent dimentional space, that is under my complete control with regard to changing time flow, changing landscape etc. which is only accessible to me or those that i grant either permanent or temporary access to, which is about 100km2 in size and having a big mansion with a pool
GOD: oh so you want to be a ruler of your space,i can do that so what is your 2nd wish?
Me: for my second wish, i want to be able to travel to different anime world in the timeline that i want
GOD: i can also grant your wish but..
Me : God no but man, you say you are the real GOD and you can grant any of my wish
GOD: tsk tskk ok i get it, what's your 3rd wish?
Me: i want to have system that is under my complete control, that is, i have the ability to customize the system reward, store, and missions with a sub-system
GOD: oh, a sub-system quite an unusual one there , but lets limit that to 4, so whats your last wish
Me: ok, no sub-system for my harem members to be i guess, oops sorry there, for my 4th wish i want to be able to customize myself with infinite character points (CP) and reincarnate in the world of onepiece on east blue town..
GOD: you can set your own character, but i will only give you 10000 CP or you will be too op and readers will not like that
Me: GOD you said you will grant any of my wish so at least give me 1million CP
GOD: i will give you 100k CP, that's final, no more argumants
Me: ok you are god so whatever you say stands
GOD: ok now you can start your character and system customization and after you are done you will be on your way. I hope you have fun

After bidding farewell to god i was brought inside a separate space which have a massive mansion, and as soon as i arrive at the place i know that it is my own dimensional space because staying inside the space i am like a fish in water and the natural fresh air with the beautiful sky is great and i know that i can control everything here which is great yeah but i know i need to put those kind of thoughts away first because, even though the place is great it sucks staying in here alone so i might as well finish my customization and hurry up and reincarnate in the world of onepiece and i am gonna wait for the 2 or 3 beauties that is gonna live with me here to grow up which enjoying my life with everything the world of onepiece has to offer.
Yeah, i am not gonna reincarnate 1 year or 5 year before cannon i am gonna reincarnate way before that but i dont know the exact timeline so i will just reincarnate during the god valley incident, nah i change my mind i will reincarnate 3 years after roger's execution.
So it's time for system customization, i will first customize my system and i will customize myself/character i don't know whatever, i'll just make myself op as hell to survive in the world of pirates before i get stronger with the help of others i guess
So i called up 'system' in my mind, and the system shows itself as simple tree with 4 different branch having shop, mission, reward and sub-system.. after that i called out customization and decided to open the shop which is empty with the (+) button, i click on the plus button and click on the following to be added on the system shop

2. Devil fruit encyclopedia
3. Devil fruit
4. Marine rokushiki
4. Daily necessities
5. Items
6. Combat skills
7. Survival skills and other things which i can add later on as i have full control of the system.
Next i open the sub-system section, you may ask why i dont open the reward and mission sections, its because i am not gonna be a slave of system, i am the God of system for fcks sake and i am gonna get 4 system sla cough cough i mean carrier to finish the missions.. so i begin to customize the sub-system such that i will hand out missions and after they finish the missions 40% of the reward will go to them as System Points (SP) and 60% of SP will come to me which will be used by me to strengthen myself through the system shop.. Yeah dude i can't just get free SP i need to get them through the sub-system carriers, but if i give them 100% then they will get too OP and i dont want that to happen.
Next i customize the sub-system shops and add the things that will be added on the shop later on.

2. rokushiki of marines
3. Devil fruit encyclopedia
4. Combat technique
5. survival skills and other things will be added on the shop after i bought the above mention things.. i mean its like i buy things with system points and sell it to my sub-carrier users for higher prices.
I also set the sub system to display the status of the carriers.. yeah i need the system carriers to be strong enough so that i can get free SP from them so i may add other things according to the circumstances. Because the more they spend on the shop, the more SP i will get and the stronger i will be.
Now time customize my own character.

So here is the abilities that i get for myself
[Forever young: You will not age anymore and stay young forever, you can also grant this ability to a maximum of 5 people..]
[ Fateless one: you will not be control by fate, you will be a master of your own fate, and you can change or affect the fate of other people]
[Devil fruit eater: the ability to eat diferent devil fruit and extract its power as your own]
As for the D, divine body i think you can guess yourself, as for why i choose forever young i want to be 28 forever like li qiye who is 18 years old for billions of years, and i will also grant this ability to my future waifu and maybe other lucky 1 or 2. As for other abilities lets sea as the story progress 😅
So i spend around 40k C.P for customizing myself and for purchasing abilities,as for the rest i convert them to bellies and S.P. because the shop is the place where the great things are up for purchase like i bought the 3 haki, rokushiki, items, skills etc as for the DF i am gonna buy it after i reincarnated. So here i come onepiece world.
