13. Threenty ree
While I was sleeping peacefully in my room, the outside world was not so peaceful.
In Marineford, Kong who was resting in his office got a call on his Denden mushi.
Purupuru... Purupuru..
"Katcha". Answering the call, there are visible veins on his forehead, and bang* he punch his fist on the table. This thing is a huge headache for him, as he will have to answer the Elders for this.
Getting up from his chair, he told his attendant to call the marines stationed in Loguetown and investigate the matter of robbery happening on the WG ship.
He called one of the Vice-Admiral, Borsalino and send him to investigate and catch all the criminals and pirates in the town.
"Seriously how can this even happen in East Blue. Maybe it is time to send a capable commander in East Blue to deter the pirates" mumbling to himself, he really hates Roger for starting this Great Age of Pirates in his last moment.

Waking up next morning, i head down to the hotel dinery to eat my breakfast. It seems the matter of robbery has spread all around the town.
Last night, the marines have search all around the town and shipyard for pirates and criminals and it seems they have already arrested around 7 pirates crew. The rest of the pirates flees from the town after the commotion.
After hearing about the various gossips from the people in the dinery, a small smile formed on my lips. Maybe i should do this kind of things a few more times.
After a hearty breakfast i went back to my room and decided to wait for the situation to cool down a bit. Opening my inventory i look at the things inside.
'3 Devil Fruits, 2 Paramecia and 1 Ancient Zoan from the WG' looking at them i exchange them for System Points. I seriously wonder how this Devil Fruits are sent or used by the System.
After looking at the various treasures, i also exchange them all which brings around 700,000 S.P. So i look at my total System Points.

"Now i can buy my own boat and travel the seas". I decided to buy the boat and travel around the sea after the unrest in Loguetown is calmed down.
Looking at my dream 'Yatch' again, i choose the Midnight Blue for the color. The price is 4.9m S.P with custom and another 500,000 S.P for 1 year maintainance . I also want the stealth, diving function available for 1.5m S.P. ,which brings the total amount to 6.9m S.P.
"After waiting for so long i can finally buy it".
So i called the system and spend 6.9m S.P to buy the boat. Looking at my luxurious boat in the system inventory, i can't wait to sail on this beautyin the 4 seas.
Checking my remaining 2.3m S.P balance, i decided to spend 1.55m S.P to developt my Devil Fruit to Level 9(Awakening), which brings the total temperature of my flame to 4525°C.
Due to spending some time everyday training my control of flame during this 3 months, i can perfectly control my Fruit power so i decided to increase the quality of the flame and its temperature.
After checking out the new Flame it burns in bright Blue color. It is difficult to control the flame as its temperature is too high, it effect and burns my surroundings with just a tiny flame on my finger.
I decided to spend my time in Loguetown and train my Fruit mastery in my HOME for around a month before i begin my travels. Hopefully the effect of my treasure hunt should calm down during this time.

A marine ship from the Headquarters arrive on Loguetown after 3 days. During this 3 days the marines and WG agents stationed in Polestar island search everywhere for the Devil Fruit and treasures and the Pirates responsible for the deed.
After the marine ship from Headquarter docks on the port, the Marines elites from Headquarters led by Vice-Admiral Borsalino walks down from the Warship.
"Now now, the town seems to be quite lievely, no?" Borsalino says to no one in particular.
After slowly heading toward the Marine base, Borsalino checks out the town around him using his Observation Haki.
He saw some shady business and other things but there is no major things of importance. "oohh seems like it will be quite a lot of works".
After arriving at the marine base, they are recieved by the marine Captain stationed from the Headquarters in charge of East Blue and his officers.
Sitting on the main seat Borsalino asked, "So Captainin charge, do you have any report for me?".
The man saluted and replied, "Captain Sanders reporting to Vice-Admiral. We have caught 13 pirates crew and bandits around Polestar island but we have no news of the stolen Treasures".
"We also learn from intelligence that on the night of attack on the WG ship, the underworld base on the west Town was raided by someone and all treasures are stolen along with 2 Devil Fruits".
"We also learn that the perpetrator of both incident seems to be the same man who acts alone. We are not sure but, it seems to be a muscular man around 8 foot tall wearing a black mask".
Borsalino look around the room and asked, "So it seems like there is a dangerous person on East Blue. Any idea on the identity of the perpetrator".
Captain Sanders replied, "Vice-Admiral there is no record about the person on our intelligence, it seems like the man is not from the recognised data of anyone from East Blue".
"The marines report that they were knock down on the floor, the same situation happens in the underworld base".
He continued, "So, we believe that the guy use Haki or some Devil Fruit power to knock them out".
Borsalino listens to the report and begins to think about the incident. He decided to call Kong and report to him first before taking further actions.
He dismiss the marines and called Fleet-Admiral Kong through the denden mushi ,
"moshi moshi Genshui..." and report to him about his findings.
Kong replied, "So there is a stranger who is strong and have Conquerer Haki on the loose in East Blue"
"Borsalino, search for the guy but don't force yourself to capture him. If you can try, test out his strength but retreat if you cannot take him down".
"I will contact the WG special agents to help in your investigation and we will check for records of the person in the Headquarter intelligence" and hangs up the call.
Putting away his denden mushi, Borsalino sigh to himself. "Seems like i am caught up in a huge mess. I should just wait for the WG agents to finish their search".
"The guy should be strong and after 3 days he should have already left the island. I can only wait for results from the Headquarters and clean up the Pirates around the island".
Thingking about this he decided to take stroll on the town. As the birth and Death place of The pirate Gold Roger the town is the most famous town not only in East Blue but in the whole 4 Blue seas.
Walking around the town he saw someone across the street that caught his eye. Checking the man with Obsevation Haki, he decided to continue on his way.
Even though the man give him a weird vibe, he decided to shake it off as the man is only around 6 foot tall,which does not match with the criminal and after carefully observing him there is no breath of a strong person on him.
The guy didn't even notice when he used Haki to check on him, "i may be too caught up in my mind thingking about the new criminal" mumbling to himself he ignore the weird gaze from his officers and walks around the town.

"That was close", looking at the disappearing marines i breath a sigh of relief. Future Marine Admirals are not to be underestimated.
Their sense is quiet sharp you know, my normal acts of looking at him to see the future Lazy guy somehow manage to make him notice me among all the people looking at him.
It is good that i hide my strength to look like a normal person, and acts like i don't notice him checking me out. Seems like i can't test out his strength by sparring him to avoid future problems, as intuition is quite dangerous.
After finishing my meal i went back to my hotel. After locking the door, i enter my HOME and continue to practice my control of Flame.

As all of this is happening Buggy is seen in some uninhabited island with his crew. It seems like he heard about the incident on Loguetown from the newspaper, so he decided to hide on this remote island.
Looking at his crew members who are training, Buggy cursed, "Who the hell decided to rob a WG ship, I should beat them up".
Even though he is strong in East Blue, he is not going to sail on the seas when there is a Marine Vice-Admiral nearby. He hope that he will not be chase around due to his recent actions.
After the situation calms down a bit he decided to leave East Blue and head to the Grand line. As there are more islands there and more occurances of treasures.
After looting every island on their route, there are only strong kingdoms affiliated to WG left to raid. And he is not confident to attack the strong kingdoms so his only choice is to head to Grand line.
As for treasures he have around 13m bellies on him but he decided to save them for their journey toward the Grand Line.
