Chapter Four

With knowledge of Caligula's incestuous feelings for his sister Julia Drusilla, Romulus went forth to confront his nephew on the matter. He found Caligula in the garden, cutting the heads off flowers with a knife. Caligula did not even need to turn to know his uncle was there.

"What would you like to speak about, Uncle Romulus?" inquired Caligula.

"I understand you have incestuous feelings for your sister Drusilla." Stated Romulus.

"Just Drusilla?" Caligula turned to face Romulus with a surprised look. "My dear uncle, you insult me! Have I not three sisters to love?"

"What talk is this?" Romulus kept his eyes on the knife, making sure not to get in arm's length of Caligula as he approached.

"Agrippina Minor, Julia Drusilla, Julia Livilla, I am close to all three, uncle." Caligula gave a small smile, eyeing Romulus' chest and gripping the knife tightly.

"Agrippina is married to Gnaeus Domitius Ahenobarbus." Said Romulus. "You mean to cuckold him."

"Mean to?" Caligula chuckled. "Oh, dear Uncle Romulus, I have cuckold him already and will cuckold the husbands of Drusilla and Livilla once they have married and once I have gotten bored of them I shall prostitute them... Aunt Messalina is a beauty, Uncle. I congratulate you on having so beautiful a wife. I would like to—"

"Should you ever touch my wife I will break your neck." Threatened Romulus, still keeping his eyes on the knife.

Caligula chuckled again. "Oh, dear uncle Romulus, do you not think I have never killed before? Your threats are nothing to one who has killed his father."
