Vampires In The Forest

It was still day out and they had entered into the forest to find where the vampires convent.

"Some vampires can survive while the sun is out but they mainly rank high in the convent."

"I see. So what makes them survive during the day."

"They suck the blood of pure ones."

"Pure ones?"

"Yes, they have blood that makes the vampires survive the sun rays."

"I see."

"Quiet."

"What is going on?"

"Shh."

A noise was coming closer to them and Ivy pushes back Matthew and she got her guns out and she points it at a tree but nothing was there and then a little girl comes behind her and try to cut her with her hand but she ducks after she did it and she points at her and she looks at her ice-blue eyes and then Matthew said, "stop! Please."

They both look at him.

"Why are you here?" The vampire girl said

"The reason behind all this is because I need your help," Matthew said

"My help. Do you know who I am? I'm one of the elders of my convent and you want me to help you."

"I'm sorry but I know you want to protect your convent but I need your help so I can save those people over there."

She dashes toward him and she holds Ivy down and she grabs Matthew by his neck and asks him this.

"Do you have the conviction to help those people that you claim to feel emotion for? Do you desire such things as being a hero? Do you wish to change this horrible world you see? Do you want power?"

Ivy was still on the ground and she looked at Matthew and thought that she was testing him.

"What do I answer? Do I have the conviction to save those people? Do I want power?" Matthew thought to himself and he looked back on his life and saw that he was just nothing more but a loser and a person that didn't have the guts to help anyone.

He remembered a girl that he saw getting bullied and he was trying to help her but he couldn't move and then try to help but he pushed back and he was so scared that he pissed himself and he had gotten beat up and he had gotten a broken jaw and his legs were broken. The doctor told him that he couldn't walk anymore. Soon after a few years, he was told that he could walk again and so he did. At the age of eighteen, he met some girls and they all liked him and they all wanted to date him but he wasn't much about making one of them his girlfriend.

So one day they decided to go and make him choose but soon after they went violent against him and he was on the ground and he was looking in her eyes fill with rage.

"I...I might b..be a person that doesn't understand the world and I might be a loser but I decided to help those who are being treated badly. Even though they are strangers to me. They deserve to live just like everyone else. Even you."

"Fine I help but you need to get stronger and the only way to do that is to enter into a tournament."

They return back to the convent and then they talk more about the tournament. They had entered into an underground entrance and they had made it to the vampire girl convent.

"First, let me introduce myself. I'm Satrain Bloodbuster."

"I'm Matthew and this is Ivy. Nice to meet you."

"Same here but enough about that. We need to discuss this tournament."

"Yeah, how big is this tournament?"

"Shh. Don't say anything about it here in front of my convent. You got that."

"Okay."

Satrain opens her chamber door and she sits down and offers Matthew and Ivy to sit down and then they talk.

"This tournament is filled with anyone who wants riches and glory from the harem king."

"That guy."

"Yeah that guy and that guy is the ruler here and after I lost to him and also the leader of the wolfpack lost. We were told to leave or stay but he realized that we weren't a threat to him anymore and then he took in women and children and some of our best warriors to his army then we started to get smaller and smaller. Right now it is only about fifty of my convent that is here right now."

"What?"

"Yeah, there were about a few hundred of us but most of them die and I am the only elder here now."

"That's horrible."

"Yeah, but then Uriel came and he guided us with Ivy here."

"Wait, so you knew Ivy before we came here for your help."

"Correct."

"Why did you attack us then?"

"Because I want t make such that you are worthy to lead us out of this hell of a place."

"I see. So I have a whole lot of people to protect them. Wait and who is Uriel?"

"Uriel is one of the princes of heaven."

"What? But what is an angel doing down here from heaven?"

"Don't you get it Matthew because of the six evil emperors? That's why." Ivy told Matthew

"I see but if he can win then why doesn't he attack."

"Because, who will lead them comic worlds out of danger. Who will lead them into a brighter future after he does that? Who will lead the noble people to think that they are not special compared to the others that you see in the low-class area."

"So I am the one who will lead them out of that danger right."

"You smarter than you look. You know that."

"Well, thanks but I don't think I'm smart. I don't know anything about how to use any powers and Ki."

"Matthew, I said you will learn on the way so don't worry about it okay," Ivy said

"I see. So you still fear something. What is it?" Satrain ask

"It's women."

"I see. So what happened to you?"

"I was almost killed by them. I wish I could make my fear go away but I can't make it go away that easy."

"What if I can tell you that the girls who try to kill you might be the princesses of the white lotus."
