Chapter 478

Keith stared at the Sphere of Flame that now protected Qin Feng, and his eyes briefly turned to his True Shade as he observed the flow of Aura and Mana that was being greedily sucked by the Child of Destiny.

And half a minute later, when the Sphere stopped revolving, he masked his eyes again.

The Flames soon receded and his enemy stepped out of them.

He was naked as the day he was born, and since the clothes he was wearing were not Magical, they had been burned out of existence.

Qin Feng smirked at him as he immediately covered his body with his Aura Soul, and Keith narrowed his eyes when he sensed that the Child of Destiny had recovered both his Aura and Mana Reserves.

He was at his 100% again.

"Your flames are gone." He curiously said and sighed in his heart at the same time.

The Divine Nirvana Physique was truly outrageous. It gave you two lives in a battle.

Not only were Qin Feng's wounds completely healed. His body was one again, and he had also returned to his best condition. His Aura and Mana Reserves were full.

"I won't need them to deal with you now." He grinned.

The confidence in Qin Feng's words was not unfounded. He had managed to advance from First Rank to the Second Rank of the Martial Master Realm, meaning that his Aura Reserves were now 10% higher than before.

And against Keith, who was growing tired, he had complete confidence that he would prevail even without his Nirvana Flames that could not be accessed for the next few days.

"Some people are just more blessed than the rest, Demiliore. You can complain to the Divine Laws for this unfairness." He said and then rushed forward like a Beast.

Keith let out an audible sigh before he covered his body with his Aura Armour and also surrounded it with Lightning, but he did not call out his Aura Soul.

Surprise flashed in Qin Feng's eyes when he saw that Keith could use Lightning as well, and then smiled as he utilised his own control over the element.

Soon, the Golden Serpentine Drgaon was surrounded by arks of constant Lightning that sizzled. But unlike Keith, he could not blend his Aura Soul with the Element.

However, just the instant they were about to clash, Keith disappeared from where he was standing and appeared on Qin Feng's side.

The lightning and Aura-coated hand effortlessly broke past the Serpentine Dragon, reached the Child of Destiny's body, and left a big gash there, making him grunt in pain.

Before he could react, Keith had already teleported to his other side, and he again left a gash on his body, which profusely bled.

Bells of crisis rang in Qin Feng's mind as he found himself unable to keep up with the speed that Keith now displayed.

The enraged Child of Destiny burst out with more Aura, fortified his Aura Soul, immediately pulled back, and then warily looked at the enemy, whose body was now surrounded by a Serpentine Dragon which was made out of Lightning.

"You can teleport." He clenched his fists, finally getting an answer as to why Keith could suddenly appear behind him.

However, the Inheritor of Erebus neither denied nor acknowledged those words.

Keith rushed forward once again, and then disappeared at the last second, allowing the Lightning Dragon to crash into his enemy, and though it failed to break past the Aura Defence, it did force the Child of Destiny a few steps back.

A Disc suddenly lit up on the ground, and the Gravity Lock, which was several times more intense than before, gripped Qin Feng.

"Damn you!"

Just when he burst out with even more Aura and forcefully broke free, his eyes narrowed as he saw nine bright Discs rushing at him from all directions.

He managed to dodge one, and then another, but the third one could only be blocked.

Horror struck him when he sensed the Disc cutting right into his Aura Soul, and he immediately used all his Powers, including his God Powers, to guard against the oncoming Discs.

Loud explosions sounded out, and for a moment, the entire lake brightened up when the Discs crashed against the Power of Judgement, Lightning, and the Aura Soul.

When the light subsided, Qin Feng's body, surrounded by Dark Flames, emerged from it. And even though he had managed to save his life, his left shoulder had been cleanly cut, leaving a deep wound there.

His enemy was nowhere to be seen, and he instinctively looked up and found him standing in the sky.

Qin Feng's heart nearly stopped when he saw Nine more discs coming his way from the sky, and he immediately started running and gritted his teeth when he found the Discs chasing him.

In his heart, he already knew that it was some kind of a Battle Art, and he cursed Nyx as he believed that she was the one who gave it to Keith.

He was running as fast as he could, and seconds later, he glanced over his shoulder to see if he was far enough, which he was, but when he turned his eyes to the front again, he suddenly saw Keith appear out of nowhere, blocking his way.

"Demiliore!" He roared, and then crashed right into his enemy, not caring in the least about the damage he might suffer.

The massive jaw of the Dragon seemed ready to crush the enemy into pieces and eat him up.

All he wanted to do now was to kill Keith, but to his dismay, when his Aura Soul clashed against Keith's body, a Yellow Light suddenly emerged from him, protecting him.

Qin Feng saw the pendant Keith was wearing on his neck, which was glowing, and his eyes quivered in unwillingness and despair.

It was the very pendant that he came here for, and now he finally knew what it was capable of.

Blood dripped out of his mouth as his heart was pierced by the Aura Sword, and then Keith disappeared again, and the Nine Discs that were coming their way, cut right through the Aura Soul and severed it and its Master into pieces.

The Golden Dragon burst into specks of light, and Qin Feng fell on the frozen lake.

He stared at the starry sky will hollow eyes, feeling colder and colder with every passing second, and then glanced at his enemy, who had walked over his head.

Keith was exhausted, and his body was swaying a little, but the indifference in his eyes was the same as before.

If only he could get up, he would have easily ripped the heart out of the chest of his enemy. But it was no longer possible.

"You lose," Keith said, trying to catch his breath, and then he inhaled sharply and controlled himself. "Before you go, I would like you to know that your wife is pregnant, Mr. Qin. And as per the Sacred Vow you took, your Blood is my property now."

The words that entered his ears cleared up his blurring mind, but then tears trickled down the corner of his eyes.

"You..."

"I am not lying to you." He smiled. "And you should know that I might kill the Child if it is a boy. If it is a girl, I might spare her and take her as my Bed Slave when she comes of age."

The cold words made his body tremble, and if he still had his limbs, he would have forcefully stood up to fight again.

Keith watched the Child of Destiny tremble, but within seconds, he stilled as he kept crying in unwillingness and despair.

All his pride was gone, and only regret remained.

He heard a notification in his head, and he managed to plunder more Fate Value, finally bringing it down to the mark where he could finish him off without missing any of the points.

"Pl..ease..." Qin Feng wanted to beg him to spare his child, but Keith simply stepped on his face and then crushed his skull, killing him for good.

He heard more Notifications in his mind, but he did not check them and quickly grabbed the Orb of Light that escaped the chest of the fallen Child of Destiny.

As soon as he stored it away in the System Inventory, he entered Aerzar, and crashed into his bed, losing consciousness.

Seconds later, the door of his room opened, and a figure rushed right up to him.

Her amethyst eyes scanned his body, and then she immediately checked the state of his body using her Medicinal Knowledge.

By the time she finished her inspection, a few more figures had arrived in the room.

"He exhausted his Aura and Mana Reserves, and he will be out for a few weeks." She told them before they could raise any questions, and then she brightly smiled at them. "Who wants to go out?" She cheerfully asked.

Since Keith was here, it only meant that he had won the Duel of Life & Death. Qin Feng was dead.

"Few weeks?" Kiara frowned as she looked at her blonde sister.

"Yes. He is completely out of Aura and Mana," Rebecca nodded her head. "I am going out and taking Roulan and Iseul with me."

"I will come too." Rouxi immediately said, and then followed Rebecca out of the room.

Seconds after Keith had disappeared from the Lake, four figures appeared there, and they immediately caught the stench of blood.

Rebecca grinned when she saw the body that was in pieces and whose skull was crushed.

It was a beautiful sight in her eyes.

"Ouch." She giggled and then a Black Flame erupted from under her feet, which soon engulfed the pieces of the body.

Minutes later, she had erased every sign of Qin Feng's existence from the frozen lake, and then all four of them rushed in the direction of the Qin Sect.
