Halland rode his horse along the road, searching for the three young heroes in multiple villages, but he had not found any trace of them.
He was heading west toward Edams Village, his last hope of finding the three young heroes. If they weren't there, he knew they were long gone, and the chances of finding them were slim to none.
Halland entered the village and searched for the heroes, but he could not find them.
Halland gave up after a few hours of searching. He got off his horse and went to a bar to have a quick drink. As he sat there, he thought about ways to grab his family from the capital and run away. He knew that the king would kill him and everyone he ever loved if he failed to find the heroes.
After finishing his drink and coming up with a plan to run away from that damn place, Halland paid the man for the drink. He then got back on his horse and started leaving the village as the sun started coming down.
Halland left the village, his mind racing with thoughts of escape. He would take his family and run away, far from the king's reach. They would start a new life, where they could be free.
Halland was walking the roads of the Capital when he heard a loud sound behind him. He stopped suddenly and turned around, his heart pounding in his chest.
Halland drew his sword, ready to fight. He turned around to find the source of the sound, and saw a cage that had come down from a hill and hit a tree behind him.
Halland stared at the cage for a few moments, before he was about to turn around and leave. He had put his sword back, but he stopped when he heard laughter coming from the hill. He turned around and saw two young men coming down the hill, heading towards the cage.
Halland stopped and stared at them for a few minutes. They looked familiar, but he couldn't see their faces clearly because they were far away. He saw one of them go inside the cage and grab a demihuman girl. The other young person came out after them, and they all started heading up the hill.
Halland started heading towards them slowly on top of his horse, taking a few more moments to look at them. He was shocked when he realized that it was the three kidnapped heroes who were walking in front of him.
Halland got off his horse immediately and started running after them. The three young men had turned back to their tree, and were getting ready to leave. Halland knew that he had to stop them, before they could escape.
Halland drew his sword again as he went after them. He thought that there might be some enemies ahead of him, and he was ready for all the possibilities.
Halland's eyes darted around as he reached the top of the hill. He was on high alert, not wanting to make any noise that might alert the enemies. He started walking slowly and carefully, his sword drawn.
Halland crept up to the tree and peered around the trunk. The three heroes were sitting there, their backs to him. One of them was tending to the injured demihuman girl, while the other two were busy gathering supplies and storing them in their space storage.
"Hahaha, Did you see his stupid face, that was so funny. I can't stoo laughing." Adam said.
"Stop laughing and finish grabbing these things, we need to to leave now." Jasem said.
"Her wounds are bad, she might need a doctor or something." Dean said.
The three heroes were speaking, and they seemed to be fine and unthreatened. Halland lowered his sword and went to them, after he found out there were no enemies around.
Halland stepped out from behind the tree, his sword drawn. "Thank the goddess that all of you are safe," he said. The three heroes looked up at him, their eyes widening in surprise. They quickly stood up, their hands on their new weapons, ready to fight.
Halland saw the fear in their eyes, and he realized that he had surprised them. He quickly put his sword away and spoke to them in a calm voice, trying to assure them that everything was fine.
"Calm down," Halland said, his hands up in a gesture of peace. "It's me, Sir Halland. You're safe now. We need to head back to the Capital. Everyone is worried about you." He turned to leave, but Dean was faster. He jumped at Halland, using his skill to knock him to the ground.
"[Shock Waves]" Dean lunged at Halland, his waves surging forward like a tidal wave. The waves hit him in the back, knocking him to the ground. Halland landed on his face, stunned and gasping for breath.
Jasem shouted, "Good job! Let's get the hell out of here!" He grabbed Luna from the ground and hoisted her onto his back. The three of them took off running, their hearts pounding in their chests.
Halland groaned as he sat back up, his back still aching from Dean's attack. He looked around, confused, and saw the three heroes running away from him. "What's going on?" he shouted.
Halland watched in horror as the three heroes ran away from him. He shouted after them, but they didn't stop. He knew that if they didn't go back to the Capital with him, the chances of him keeping his head at its place were zero.
Halland's eyes widened in shock when he saw Zachary tied up to a tree half naked. Zachary was struggling to free himself, and his face was red and his eyes were wide with fear. A shirt was stuffed in his mouth, and he was trying to speak, but the words were muffled.
"Hummm hum hum humm" Halland's eyes narrowed in disgust as he looked at Zachary. He could see the fear in Zachary's eyes, but he also saw the anger. Zachary tried to speak, but the shirt stuffed in his mouth muffled the words.
Halland's eyes narrowed in anger as he looked at Zachary. "Fucking Traitor," he said, his voice cold. He hit Zachary with the handle of his sword, knocking him unconscious. Then he took off running after the three heroes, who were getting further and further away.

"How the hell did he find us here?"
"Do you think they would kill us now?"
"Stop running if you want to find out about that."
The three heroes were speaking as they ran away from Halland, who had appeared before them suddenly a few moments ago. They were all scared and confused, and they didn't know what to do.
The three heroes knew they had to run away. They knew that getting caught here and going back to the capital was the worst thing that could ever happen to the, right now.
Dean, who was at the back of the group, looked behind him to see if they had managed to lose Halland. But his face paled when he saw Halland coming toward them with enormous speed.
"Oh shit!" Dean said as he looked back and saw Halland gaining on them. He increased his speed, but he knew that it wasn't enough. He didn't want to get caught, not after what they had done.
"What is it?" Adam asked, not knowing why Dean was so worried. "This dude is insanely fast, he's getting catching up to us," Dean said as he started to get beside him.
Adam looked back and his eyes widened in fear when he saw Halland almost catching up to them. He stopped immediately and faced him, shouting at the others to do the same.
"We need to fight if we want to get out of here," Adam said. Dean and Jasem stopped immediately as Adam activated his [Time Acceleration] skill, which made everything around him seem slower. He started throwing stones at Halland, who was moving in slow motion in his eyes.
Dean, who had never seen Adam use his [Time Acceleration] skill before, was amazed at how fast he was throwing the stones. Halland, who was also caught off guard, stopped immediately and started blocking the stones with his sword.
"Why are you attacking me?" Halland asked as he blocked the stones, not noticing Jasem who had arrived beside him. Jasem punched him in the face, making him fall to the ground with blood coming out of his mouth.
Adam stopped throwing his stones when Jasem was near Halland. He looked at Dean, who was staring blankly at the two. It seemed like they understood each other's roles.
"Don't just stand there, go and use your skill like before," Adam said to Dean. He nodded and started running towards Halland, who was still confused and lying on the ground, being punched by Jasem, who was preventing him from getting up.
"Why are you trying to hurt me?" Halland asked, confused and frustrated. "Aren't you the Divine Heroes of this kingdom?" Jasem didn't respond and kept hitting him, which only made Halland angrier. He pushed Jasem away using one of his skills and stood up.
"Explain yourselves now!" Halland shouted, his eyes blazing with anger. He looked at Jasem and Adam, who were standing before him, and waited for an answer.
"If you consider us your heroes and saviors," Adam asked, "why would you try to enslave us like you did with the last hero?" Halland was confused and didn't know what he was talking about. He tried to understand more about their reasons for doing this.
"I don't know what you're talking about," Halland said, but he didn't get to finish his sentence. Dean, who was behind him, used his [Shock Waves] again at the back of his head, knocking him out cold.
The three heroes stared at Halland's body for a few moments, their eyes wide with shock. Then Adam started shouting and running away.
"Let's go!" Adam shouted at Dean and Jasem, who were standing over Halland, looking down at him. Jasem started running back toward Luna to carry her and run with Adam, but Dean had other plans. He stayed there for a few moments, staring at Halland's body.
The two stopped and looked back at Dean, who was searching Halland's body. He seemed to be looking for something, and after a few moments, he found it. He smiled and started running towards them.
"What did you do?" Jasem asked as Dean started running past them, showing them a bag that was filled with coins as well as a few other things he was carrying as he went running past them.
"Needed to get that golden loot," Dean said. Adam and Jasem smiled a little as they looked at him. They were impressed by his promptitude in that intense situation. Then, they started running away again.
