Ancient God in the Modern World

Meanwhile, after Allen killed the wizards, Elioenai kept frowning.


"I am a two-winged Angel. How come I still need to borrow the Lord's power to defeat them?"


Well, that is indeed the case. Elioenai cannot bring his full power into this world. The same could also be said of Allen, the God of Life and Death.


Their power came from their Divine souls through their Divine bodies.


However, they're flesh and blood at the moment. Hence, it is only normal that they cannot bring out their full power.


But unlike Elioenai, Allen did not think of it as a bad thing. Rather, he was looking forward to how much power could he wield when they returned to where they came from.


Well, that is the difference in mindset between an Angel who seemed to be just born yesterday and the God that had existed for a long time.
