Versus an Unpredictable

This is absurd. I did not expect him to be like this.

He is both like Nayt and these weaklings. Defensive- offensive ability.

As you can see there are different types of abilities. Defensive ability which adapts on their own defense, offensive which is an attack type, and lastly, the conscious type ability like mine and Lumia's.

Offensive and defensive abilities' weakness are their stamina while conscious type ability has different kinds of weaknesses. Example a person has the ability to control his flow of blood, his weakness can be the malfunction of other systems of body when used.

Conscious type are rare because it does not require stamina.

But in front of me is dual type ability, the offense and defense. It was the first time I have face someone like him.

I don't like where this is going. This will be a battle of stamina.

" There is no holding back now!"

I prepared my scythe and he made a long red shining sword from a beam. We both took our stances and together disappeared from our usual place. We charged at each other in full speed.

The first one to land a hit was me by slashing diagonally from below. He blocked it using the light sword yet his hand was blown away because of the momentum of how we collided.

Even when he wasn't able to perfectly block it, his body was able to regain his posture but his hands were still blown off. He has quite a strong physiques, too.

" It's not yet over".

Now unto my next attack without letting his hand to regain. I twisted my body and sliced his body attempting to detach it from his lower half.

Well, it was just an attempt so there is no need be worried about. The slash only passed through his body of red beam. It will be a matter of time of him being exhausted.

As soon as he regain the composure of his hand, he created a long beam sword and a very strong slash from above me was preparing.

Crap.

I again twisted my body to the right and dodge it. I saw the impact, if I did not evade it I would have been sliced in half.

I, then, kicked him from the right. Instead of just letting my kick pass through him, he tried to blocked it using his arm.

" Bad move" I said to him.

By the time he realizes my strength, he was blown off by my kick that he blocked. He landed on a mountain of scrap metals.

" You could have let it pass through. You may be strong physically, but I am more stronger despite my body. Physical power, check."

I chuckled looking at him.

" Your ability, I see I understand it now. Your body is not really harmful isn't it? It is just a void of red color. Even if my hand were to pass through it, I would have been unharmed. The only offense you have is your physical power and your lightning beam that comes out from your palms. So even if we continue to fight, the conclusion comes when one person loses their stamina and be exhausted."

I concluded it, he only wants me to use my weapon to tire me easily. If the kick there were not successful. He would have dodge or block my physical powers and only use the defensive ability to tire me out easily. This sword is heavy, as you can see.

This is not really that hard of a battle. But the only problem is the limit of his ability.

" Hm, you analyze me while fighting only by a short period. I guess you are also a smart person, too. I thought your brain is full of bloods. But.... Even if you now that, I don't really care. Let us just battle and prove who has more stamina".

Right, that is more like it.

We continued battling using what the two of us have and this goes on for 10 minutes.

It was tiring, I guess he is done for right now isn't he?

Right in front of me was the woman guy, on his knees on the ground. Both of us were injured badly from our battle.

" I win, I guess. Now let me end you once and for all." I said while slowly walking towards him with tattered clothes.

I hold my scythe preparing to kill him now. Is he ready or unconscious, he has no signs of reactions.

" This is goodbye"

As I was to attack him, his atmosphere change or should I say his aura boosted.

Boom! Red lightning both coming out of his palms. It is not just his palms, his body has release sparks and his eyes were all red. What the hell is this? He levitated to the air using his red lightning.

Where the hell does this power up comes from?

"You are quite a monster, aren't you" I said to him. He was unconscious a moment ago then suddenly he powered up? Absurd!

" Monster? Can't you see yourself, too? Even in a situation like this, you can still brought up a smile."

Ahhh. This is bad. Very Unexpected. The Lightning got stronger and stronger as I felt it like running towards my body. Ah, this is very troublesome situation.

" Since you intend to interfere, I will kill you. I bet my master would be happy to see your dead body. With that, I can be complimented and praised by them."

Hm? He is going to launch an attack.

I guess there is no other choice but to confront him head on. With no doubts and proper thinking, I hastily went to him with intense speed.

" No, get back" a voice heard I heard, it was Lumia warning me. But it was too late, I can't stop now that I am attacking him.

As I go close to him, a flash appeared. In that moment, I did not know what happened. He attacked me with that crazy power up.

Before I knew it, I was there again, at the ground.

" I flew away this far. What the hell is he?" From the looks of it I flew away at the very end of the dump site. I tried to stand up yet my body was unable to move properly. Only my upper half body was the only part I was able to lift.

" So far, to think I would fly away like this. Wait.. what is this..... Is this my..?" Before I knew it blood were dripping from my mouth and vomited a moment after I noticed.

Shesh, to think a day comes where I would see my own blood.

" You are still moving? I thought that attack will be able to kill you. You were weakened and hit by a strong attack of mine and here you are still standing."

Here he is, right in front of me looking down. My body really hurts, I can't move properly. Looks like bad luck is on my side today. He is going to finish me but why don't I feel a little bit scared?

Now that I think about it, he is looking down at me and it is really annoying.

" Are you going to finish me now?"

" Don't worry I will bring you death" a large compressed ball of lightning was made in air from his back. This is perhaps an overkill, right?

I smiled thinking how big the world was and an image of a person came in to my mind.

" Any last words?" He said.

I bow down my head and silently said " I really hoped that our will still continue. I'm sorry, B-"

As I was about to say my last word, he launched the massive compressed lightning towards me.

" Good bye, Illumga"

An explosion was heard.
