Synopsis
Nobody had expected that the prophecy would ever unfold, let alone it going beyond what was stated. Having no magical powers, 14 year old Lex didn't have a clue that he might be the one in the prophecy, and what fates hid from him. The day he gets powers is an astonishing yet exciting moment for him, but it seems as if there's something missing in him that he isn't able to dismantle. But it slowly becomes clearer to him over time, and life becomes quite difficult as well. Read on to find out!

The way you have written is amazing dude, but I have just a few points:- 1.)The setting of the story so far isn't great and I look forward to seeing it develop; and 2.)I think the story is a little fast paced. Getting the powers straight away in the first chapter was not the best idea. You can see how in Harry Potter and Percy Jackson, the first few chapters are dedicated to the life of the person and how they get the "inkling" of idea that they might have a power. So yeah these were my views. On a writing standpoint, I'm excited to see how the story develops!
A good storyline, the characters are fascinating to an extent that grabs the readers attention. A beautiful picture is created through these words. Overall a nice novel.

It is a nice story overall. The first chapter outlined the background of the story. It talked about the environment and power distribution. The character building and dialogue are fine, and the plot is great.
Amazing book m8. You have picked up a wonderful story with the world of magic, late blooming protagonist and stuff. You know very well there is more to work on this story. Do remember, JK Rowling wrote 40+ books before Harry Potter. Keep this determination high and you shall create a new record.
Nice story, though you are in a (very) serious need for an Editor. I liked the names. But right now the novel feels to much like other fiction-fantasy novels...I am looking forward to the other chapters. Keep it up and Keep it going!!
