He Left With Nothing

Ryan woke up in a jolt to hear his phone ringing vigorously inside his blanket. Last night after Darius left abruptly before he could stop him, he pondered about texting him, but his fingers stopped every moment he wanted to press the send buttons. 


Unsure of what to say, what to be sorry for, his mind went blank. Why was he mad? Is it because he didn’t come home all night? But he can’t say the truth. He might explode at Linda for inviting me and doing that. Well, he remembered he didn’t tell him about today too. The whole day with him gone without letting him know must have made him angry this much. 


He kept on typing and deleting the messages before sending to Darius just when he received a message in that night time from Ashton, his boss, from the car washing shop.
