Vincent of the Royal pack, son of the Alpha King has never felt truly love by his father when he was younger. The death of the Queen has made the Alpha King distant even from his own son.

"I'm glad you and Carmela is getting along fine but I don't want you to be closer to her than me." 


When we reach in front of her bedroom I decided to let go of her hand in order to open her door. "What are you talking about? Carmela is a woman and she is very nice and kind why would you say something like that?" 


Her eyes turns wide while staring at me like I just told her to do something awful. "Come inside Ashley get some sleep, I will stay and watch you until you close your eyes." 


I step inside and urge her to move when she just stood still at the door frame. "No! don't stay. I have to get a quick shower and I can sleep alone. I don't need someone watching me in my sleep." 


"I am not asking for your permission Ash, now if you need to get a shower go ahead while I stay in the couch and wait."
