Chase went back to the guest room where Elena was currently staying , to see his mother took off Elena's Jacket , (which was actually Chase's ). And wiped the exposed part of her body using a wet towel . 


Her bruise looks more red now , it will probably become Purplish by the morning . 


Chase put his attention back to his mum , and cleared this throat loudly to let his mother know about his presence . 


" Her friend called me back, he's coming to pick her up right now ." 


"Tell him not to come she's definitely tired, she should stay here today . Also I want to talk with her after she is awake ." 


"Mom it would be better if her friend picks her up, she would feel uncomfortable after waking up here ." 


" It's okey . You two are close, that shouldn't be a problem , also talking with an adult is helpful something's . so call her friend." 


"Mum, we are not close!" Chase said in disbelief .
