Glimpses of Opportunities

A/N: Warning! Warning! Warning! You are on a titillating scene. Read at your own risk.

Loud audible exhalations, the moistened thin lips quivered as the cold leather scourge brushed through his pale skin. Small droplets of sweat glistened down his chest by the light coming from the ceiling. The soft graze of his dress shirt parted in half shuddered him to move, revealing the middle portion of his upper figure. Multiple layers of the leather strokes which electrified the young boy's body, sending shivers up his spine. The boy clutched on the synthetic rope tied around his wrists on the headboard. He whimpered softly, turning his head on the other side of the bed.

"Relax, control your desires." The man breathed out in his ears. The tears fell out from the black handkerchief folded on the vision of the boy. All of the strange sensations he succumbed to, commenced the undeniable truth of the wavering unyielding pleasure.

Retched up an indistinct stream of vomit. The weak arm leaned onto the corner of the toilet bowl, heavy sweat slid down his forehead and neck, the trembling lips wiped by the boy's hand. Stared blankly at the wall in front of him, Ryuu made a short whine and bit his lip. He lowered his head with dampness in his eyes.

Subsequently, the troubled boy found himself immersed in the Book. Furthermore, he did not notice the time and he even finished 40 pages in one sitting. For a person who barely, less or lesser, read a book, it would be a shocker. Who could fathom the ultimatum of an innocent boy set foot in an unimaginable life?

"You came late for supper. What happened?" asked Aika as the two strode their way to the dining room. Ryuu did not respond. His eyes wandered to every Servers passing by at them. He was not the friendly and approachable kind such as his roommate. No wonder, he was struggling to interact with them without being conscious of procuring other motives. How should he start a conversation with anyone from the boys?

As he entered the dining area, Ryuu was dragged unconsciously by his feet on the serving line. A group of boys encircled the counter as they customized their meal. Taking the time of their life with no care from the others who were patiently waiting in line.

A cold blow on his ear, shivered his nape. He gazed down at the red-haired boy who giggled with both his hands on his back. "You looked out of it, are you okay?" Smiled the lad. Ryuu thumped. It calmed him as it was the words he needed to hear at the moment. Ryuu drew a soft smile, eyes locked on the almond ones. The short lad flushed red and covered his mouth with his hand as he gasped. Ryuu was clueless. "You're so pretty when you smile like a human," he whispered. He followed Ryuu as he advanced forward. He watched the group of boys laugh and chattered loudly on the counter. The progress of the line was snail-like. He was not surprised encountering a group of egocentrics in this kind of place, rather his frustrations broke away first as his body moved.

"Don't. If you wanna get into trouble with most of the Servers here, that is," The red-haired firmly said, eyes upfront in the serving line. Ryuu looked down. He had met some of their likeness in his school, individuals who assumed the appearance of a ruler of the premises. They were confident they would get no harm in doing so, either the reason of having a wealthy or authoritative family on their side. On the other surface of the coin, there were people similar to the life of Ryuu. People who could only grit their teeth, letting their anger from being inferior and unfortunate fade away in time. More to the point of being haunted endlessly and it was a lifelong forbearance. Infuriating.

After the long procession, Ryuu ate his meal together with the new lad. Ryuu hardly uttered a question of his name; Myriad, part of the same Class as him. Although his room was on the third floor.

"Ah, your roommate is here." Ryuu glanced at the blonde boy who entered the dining hall. He was with the same black haired boy with cinnamon-like skin. Arlert met his gaze, he sulked and ignored him. Myriad turned his head to his seatmate and scoop a mouthful of pumpkin soup. "That's sad, you have a lover's quarrel," he added. Ryuu altered his attention on his meal.

"He's just my roommate," Ryuu demurred.

"We don't allow intimate relationships here, you grim."

Ryuu tilted his head from the other side. A strike of inception popped up. Aika mentioned it as a rule in the Hub even so it was unclear; the punishment of disobedience derives from it. A possibility of suspension, termination or worse comes to worst, consignment.

The red-haired boy put a chunk of celery on Ryuu's platter. "I don't like these greens, better eat them or you'll betray Japan," he jested. Ryuu picked up the sides of his plate and took it away from the lad's grasp.

"You think my plate is for left-overs? Eat them yourself." The almond eyes squinted at him towards the dish Ryuu was lifting up. A swift picked up on a celery with his chopstick, the lively young man knelt on top of the long chair, grabbing the shoulder of Ryuu apace to reach the other man's platter. Mouth agape, Ryuu raised his eyebrows. Out of hand, his back receded however the lad heavily leaning on him came along. Two young boys with eyes and mouths wide open fell down on the floor. A smash of glass heard in the room. Some caught their attention. The black monolid eyes stared at the bronze ceiling, it quickly captured a silver nozzle near the ceiling line before a pleasant laugh distracted him. The soft red hair rested gracefully on top of him, closed lashes hardly opened up. He slowly sat up and wiped the curry sauce splashed on his cherubic face. Ryuu raised his body, he hissed as a jolt of pain twitched his eyes.

"Are you okay?" Myriad stuttered.

"Ryuu! Are you okay!?" Arlert rushed in and grabbed the left arm of the young man. The Ladies from the counter reported the incident. Aika, and Sasha, who was the Lady assigned to Myriad get in on the act. With Myriad supporting Ryuu on his back, the two walked on the hallway and followed the two Ladies in front of them. Shocks of slight pains from his upper back, the lad could barely moved. Ryuu saw the mahogany door as they walked closer to it. His heart froze for a moment as well as his breathing. The thought of seeing the light on the other side of the wall, clenched his heart and hand.

"R-Ryuu, don't walk fast," pleaded Myriad, he struggled to follow Ryuu while a minor anxiety forced him to stagger.

Sasha halted and turned around to look at them. Eyes met theirs. Sasha had a Japanese resemblance on her. Her black hair and the common feature of their faces alluded to it. Her hair bun perfectly and her stern-face perturbed the rookie who only met her that day. The Ladies had undergone professional medical aid and were skillful maidservants of the Hub. Although they were humans like Ryuu, the boy who did not live in a place full of different adult workers would be a barrier as well. A must wall to break through.

"Since you're having difficulty walking, the men will assist you." Apathetic eyes of the Lady perused him.
