9. Destiny Strikes

Alizeh's POV

"Jason!''

Who thought a first date turned out to be traffic police in the town?

Such a liar he was!

"Good Morning to me!'' Jason grinned at me as if he has caught a thief. His eyebrows bobbed up.

During our date, he lied about being a cop. Well, he turned out to be traffic police.

What else can he lie about? Is his name really Jason?

I checked again on his badge to confirm.

At least his name is real.

"Where are you going, miss? That too in such a hurry? Another date eh?" He mocked at me. The other officer with him chuckled. Well, he is trying to wreck my nerves early in the morning.

" I don't have time for fake dates unlike you" I snapped at him which looked unexpected to him because his face changed immediately to a frown one.

"Well for this sassiness, you're fine amount is 500$"

He blurted typing something on the machine and tore off the ticket. My feet vigorously tapped down looking at it.

I scoffed at him, "What? That's too much"
