All of the things happening with me felt unreal. Alexander was my first love, and very few people get that fate to be with their first love again. 


I walked ahead and saw him standing in the hotel lobby area. I could feel myself smiling ear to ear when I saw someone else with him, my heart drummed faster.

"Hi, good morning Alexander" I greeted him. He stood by my side immediately, giving me a sense of relief. 


"Morning Elijeh," He said with a smile but not that same smile I was used to seeing. He looked a little tired. Seems like he did not sleep the whole night. 


I greeted her too, knowing she is his friend and I can't ignore his friends when we are dating now. 


"Hey" she sounded uninterested. "See you soon Lexy. Thanks for last night. I have to attend this meeting with Mr O'Neil" she said and then winked at me walking away. Her words made me frown.
