Derek Corbett is an orphan, just trying to gather his broken self together, hoping to give all he is left with the love they all deserve but will be be able to live a normal life again? when the battles of a thousand years comes with its unending battles, hovering over his life, threatening all that is in it and adding goldenseal to his cup of  peychaud's? 
will he save the ones he loves from the darkness now in possession of him or destroy all he cares for himself? 


MILLENNIUM

 Aunt Milan is walking in the hospitals hallway when she sees Jesse "hey! Jesse how are you doing?" she waves with a huge grin "hey" Jesse smiles awkwardly "I haven't been seeing you around lately, any problem?" Aunt Milan steps closer "uh I kinda uh, my parents divorced so been kinda off and uh my mom was diagnosed of cancer for about a month now, you know been coming for treatment and all" Jesse fakes a smile "uh poor thing, I'm sorry to hear, Derek never mentioned any of these to me" her lips twitches in sadness, "I didn't tell him" Jesse blunts out "why? I mean you boys are best friends" She looks confused, Jesse's mom comes out of the doctors office few inches away 


"not any more Milan, I gotta go, have a nice day" Jesse says before jogging to his mom who exchanges a quick nod and a smile with Aunt Milan.
