A legend told that far, far away, on the edge of the magical realms, there was a city, a great black city built on a mountain famous for its curse.
Only the black mages and all those who were deeply linked to the darkness were allowed to enter this place of the night, feared by all. It was there, far from the light, that a young boy named Miron was imprisoned. He lived within the walls of a huge building, among other children, under the domination of a banished black mage, who tried to subdue him because of his rebellious and untamable nature. Miron did not know how to break free from this terrible prison. But opportunity knocked in the year he turned thirteen when he discovered a power his dark tormentors wished he had never known.

Then Reyel looked again at the huge hole in the ceiling that led to his enemy. And he hesitated for a brief moment, wondering what he should do. He didn't want to bring those pesky insects outside because they would simply be impossible to control, and the knights on their side were already helpless against the monster. 


The insects for their part were not invaded by any coherent thought except the fact that they had to devour everything in their path, innocents or monsters, living beings or corpses. 


Rising like a gigantic wave, they fell on the general with an astronomical blow, who had just enough time to create a great barrier of three walls to protect himself from this terrible attack. 


But Reyel, stunned and alarmed, felt the fear growing inside him when he realized that these abject and so hateful insects were also able to devour magic. Yes, they were now mercilessly gnawing away at the imposing barrier and soon they would reach the general.
