"Master?" called his servant, always so attentive, so conscientious "What is happening?
Miron did not answer immediately, continuing to let himself be invaded by the unknown sensation that his soul seemed to love and call.
"There is something here, someone."

"Somewhere around here, someone I know nothing about, but I recognize with my whole being."
The servant and Kei looked at each other while Miron continued to stare outward to where the source of this sensation he had never imagined he would ever feel, was.
Then he frowned and remarked in a singularly more detached tone than usual.
"Did you notice? The night persists even though the day has long since dawned."
He went out quickly and observed around him. Then he looked far, far out to the horizon and saw that daylight existed there and was shining brightly. His eyes became more incisive.
"If the day had indeed dawned, then what is this night."
