The owner remained silent for a moment and then sighed.
“I see you guessed right Miron. He would surely return this terrible affront done to him, and it would be abominable. But," she resumed by straightening up, a kind and brave smile on her shiny face, "that does not mean that we are going to allow ourselves to be taken advantage of. He already knows the immensity of your power. He'll have a hard time fighting it.”
“I don't know, Clarine.” the prodigy protested, despite his godmother's optimism. “Maybe it's just me and my scepticism, but Vlzer seems to be the kind of wimp who likes to play dirty and hits his enemies in a very sneaky way. As long as he wins, he doesn't care about rules, laws and even less about honour. His pride is only a superficial image because, in truth, he is a coward. He is the worst kind of person there is.”
Miron shrunk his eyes when he lowered his head.
“And I know another like him.”
