Kei soon realized, that his friend was going home. So when he lost him, and quickly by the look of it, he did not hesitate to go back to the restaurant and found him there as he had expected, standing on the balcony taking care of the dwarf trees.
“Miron, I saw you leaving the hospital.” The young blond man began, timidly. “Are you alright?”
Miron, who had recently sensed Kei's presence behind him, was not offended by his act or his question.
“No...” he answered with an almost inaudible whisper.
Kei hesitated and then went for it.
“You know it wasn't your fault, don't you? I mean what happened to Clarine. And to reassure you, everyone knows it. Even you should know. And Clarine, Clarine wouldn't have wanted...”
But Miron cut short his friend's clumsy explanations by turning violently to him and declared imperiously.
“No matter how things turned out, some of them will just never allow us to be innocent.”
