I want your stick!!

As night fell, Mithifus stood amongst a room full of high-elven men and women. They're asleep, as he graciously volunteered to take the night watch this evening.

Mithifus brought his gloved hands closer to one another, till only a sliver of distance remained between the two and a blue-colored spell light began to form in the middle...

It was the [Sleep] spell only obtainable through modded play in his previous life, but is one of the many possible applications of Magicka in this new 'real' world.

After the light grew to a certain intensity, Mithifus opened his eyes while digging his fingers 'into' the spell light. Afterwhich, he tore the light by spreading his arms wide, and thus, a ripple of blue-colored power spread throughout the room, taking effect on all of his subordinates.

He controlled the effects of the spell not to leave the room, his understanding of Magicka reaching a point in which precise control was only an afterthought.

Now assured that his absence will not be detected, he placed many rune-trap variants throughout the vicinity, some created to capture lurkers, others for survivance and detection, all were useful applications of rune magic.

Glancing around at his handy work, Mithifus nodded in satsifaction before he opened the door quietly. Once in the hall, he cast [Detect Life] and noticed a few guards and what looked to be trained spies in various conveniently hidden locations. Even an apprentice mage is present, they are in deep meditation trying to detect any magic fluctuations from this direction.

'Hmm.....if I was the old Mithifus, the little mage would have sensed my Magicka, but sadly for him, I'm something entirely different...' the arch-mage in the making smiled while casting a conglomerate of illusion and alteration spells ensuring these folks won't be noticing anything.

....(Scene Break)....

'...now where can I find that maid?' I thought, making my way through the silent halls of the Blue Palace, which were dimly lit by candle fire.

[Clairvoyance]

My eyes saw the woman I'm looking for in the servant's quarters through the spell's effects. She is currently drawing herself a bath.

I happily made my way there quietly, ensuring no one intercepted me. Once reaching the washroom, I took out a small lockpick that I stole from the captain's possession, and masterfully picked what must have been a 'Novice' lock if this were a game.

Quickly opening and shutting the door behind me before the bathing woman could consider who had just interrupted her bath, I then turned and cast a series of spells beginning with [Calm]... after which I began to ask questions about the key to the long-abandoned Pelagius wing.

Luckily, the clairvoyance spell didn't lead me astray, as this lovely lady actually has the key. I silently made my way to the Pelagius Wing and walked through the messy pathways before disappearing into Sheogorath's Realm.

He's the god assigned to oversee this hold and its territory, an assignment that is also given to another two overseers in case the Mad God decides to shirk his duties.....

'...but who am I to question Hermeaus Mora's appointment of personal?' I thought happily as I began to hear my personal favorite character talking about his friend turning into a dragon god.

"....so that's when that Martin fellow turn--" Sheogorath was interrupted before he could finish the story.

"YES, YES! You've mentioned it countless times before, just leave me to my ceaseless responsibilities and burdens..." Pelagius said irritably.

"Harumph, be that way! Good day to you sir!..... AND GOOD RIDDANCE!!!" the mad god said before Pelagius disappeared from the venue.

I watched the cheese master sulk and mumble bitterly on his thrown before he looked up and saw me approaching...a crazed but playful smile appeared as he began his act...

"Oh my, a mortal!.....come, COME! Join me in this grand feast! I wonder what could have lured you?... OF COURSE! Well, you've come to the right place, the cheese you're looking for is here and the lusty argonian concubine is right over there---HAHAAAH! YOU LOOKED YOU FOOL!..." the mad god fell back into his chair while holding his gut in pain from the hysterical laughter.

A tick mark appeared on my forehead because I actually did look, one of the oldest tricks in the book...

*sigh*

"ENOUGH Sheogorath! I need your stick..." I said firmly, wanting to leave here quickly.

".....whaaa!?!?!? Sir, how dare you....it is a good-sized log, a delicately carved handle at least, but certainly not a stick!!" the mad god seemed highly offended by my demand.

"....." I just stared bewildered at him for a while, eventually opening my mouth to convey which of his 'sticks' I wanted but before I could, his face fell, and with arms drooped on either side his face slammed onto the wooden table.

*sob* *sob*

".....fine, you got me-*sniff*-it's a stick, a twig for sure..."

"YOUR WABBAJACK FOOL! LEND ME YOUR WABBAJACK, I WANNA HAVE SOME FUN WITH IT!!!..." I shouted in anger, this whole realm seems to heighten emotions and feelings, probably the mad gods' only method of feeling emotion anymore.

In a strikingly fast change of temperament, the god's face fell back into an uncaring/apathetic look before he stated...

"You're really a pervert you know? You haven't even seen my stick and have already named it...WAIT? HOW DID YOU KNOW OF MY LITTLE WABBAJACK!?"

"I created it and you, you fool!!..."

"...DADDY!!??"
