Today I was awoken to the system blaring an alarm.

Walking to the school I was met with the stares of the new genins that graduated with me. Waving lazily I sat down and waited for the teacher to announce the jounin squads.

After the last team was formed I noticed my name wasn't called for any of them.

"Ken tichimura Can you come to the front please. The teacher said.

Walking forward I was worried. 'What could they want from me' I thought.

Overthinking all the way to the front of the class. I reached the teacher and bowed slightly.

"yes Teacher what do you need me to do?"

"The hokage would like to see you so please make your way to his office."

'the hokage? what does he want from me?'

"Yes techer sir. I'll make my way over to him now." I said as I made my way out of the doors and onto the streets. I wonder ehat he could want from me? Running over rooftops I made my way over to the hokages office.

Walking into his office I saw him smoking a pipe with the ever present danzo shimura standing at his side. Nodding to danzo I bowed to hiruzen and waited for him to speak.

"Ken I would like for you to lead a group of chunin over to the ruins of your village. We want to know which village caused the destruction."

"You can trust me lord hokage I will lead the chunin to my village without delay." I said while side eyeing danzo.

'why would hiruzen need danzo by his side to give me a d-rank mission at the most?

"Good the chunin has been gathered all ready and are awaiting you at the village gates. Good luck ken."

Bowing one last time I turned around and walked outside and started to walk in the direction of the gate.

'system do you know which village destroyed mine.?'

wondering over what the system meant I didn't even know I had made it to the gate until I heard someone shout my name. Looking in the direction of the shout I saw a small group of people In front of me. Waving I walked forward a little bit I saw That three of the people had weird, colored marks above their head.

"Hello there my name Is ken And I am here to lead you to my village."

"Ayaya We already know just start walking already!" one of the ones without the mark said. staring at him for a little while I turned on my heels and walked through the gates.

After a little bit of walking We all gathered around to rest for a bit. Me and the annoying one were assigned guard duty.

Looking around for the slightest movement. I was almost startled by the ding of the system.

Turning around I wove some hand signs. "original style: Invisible chakra hands. as ten Hands sprouted out of my back. I thought of a plan.

Having the hands shake branches all around us I created a feasible distraction. Walking up to the annoying fucker from earlier I stuck my sword into his neck. 'one down.' I thought.

'You know I could use this to test the modifications to the summons.' recalling the hands I wove even more handsigns and whispered. Sage art: devour the sun.

Frost started to leak from my skin freezing the ground looking around I noticed the other shinobi looking at me in shock.

Smiling I used water clone. and made three Identical clones of myself that froze into solid beings.

Laughing, I lifted my sword into an offensive position as the remaining five leaf shinobi launched kunai and shuriken at me. jumping onto a tree I watched as my clones started to attack. Looking at my clones I Shouted.

"Clones force them into a tighter formation!"

Watching as my clones advance I started to feel smug. That was when A particularly strong jutsu used by one of the odd chunin obliterates one of my clones.

'hmm maybe I should join in' I though with a smirk.

ending the technique the frost retreats and the clones become weaker. Jumping infront of the one who destroyed my clone I punched him in the chest and knocked him out. turning to the others I channeled chakra into my hands. sage art crushing jaw. I grabbed the faces of two of the remaining shinobi and squeezed until i heard asquelching noise.

While I was occupied I decided to check my progress.

Looking at the progress I felt a piercing pain in my shoulder. One of those bastards stabbed me in the shoulder. letting go of the corpses I was holding I turned around quickly and punched the person who stabbed my in the face launching him into a tree.

standing in the midst of the corpses I had a revelation.

' danzo, weird marks above certain chunin, An incursion into my destroyed village.' It all made sense. I was duped, They wanted to kill me to relieve themsleves of a strong independent clan that dont need no big village. Maybe the system was right I should destroy the hidden villages.

Remembering the two unconscious shinobi. I pclicked them up and carried them into my village. Destroyed as it was I could at least take shelter here.
