I walked down the stairs and saw Lustie sitting on the couch in the living room. I decided to sneak behind her and smirked. She didn't notice me as she was focused on watching TV. I barked and she squeaked and jumped up and looked around, getting into a fighting stance.

"I see you're back for round two, fucking mutt! Prepare your self for a Devilish Destruction!" Lustie looked around.

"You fuckhead! You nearly gave me a heart attack!" Lustie relaxed and got on her knees on the couch. "You're never awake this early...well awake and energized. What's the occasion?"

"Well I'm planning a date with Gloria. She's always at school this early so I might take this chance to go their early." I responded.

I chuckled and walked to the door. "I'll see you later."

I walked on campus and people looked at me. They noticed my whole demeanor changed. My hair was always down now and not combed to look like a nice guy. My energy changed from always being timid or trying to avoid everyone to exceptionally confident in myself.

I could hear them slightly better than before, but it was ignorable. I was walked to the courtyard and subconsciously dodged a strike from one of Mark's lackeys.

"Hey bitch! Turn around!" His friend yelled.

I sighed, turning around and he got a sucker punch on my cheek.

I looked at him and grabbed his wrist and pushed him away. I wiped my cheek and placed my hands in my pocket. "Look, I was having a good day. How about you two think for a second and understand you're getting yourselves in a lot more trouble than you need to be in."

"Bro, he just ate my punch. Nah fuck that shit! We are getting you back for what you did to us Monday!" He ran to me and went for a punch.

I moved aside and stepped on his foot then palmed his chest. He fell to the ground and looked at me. I looked at him and yawned. His friend ran to me from the other side and threw a punch and I stepped back. He looked surprised then I dropped my bag and punched his jaw. He went straight to sleep.

"Daaaaamn! Somebody get that dude a blanket! He sleepin!" One person from the crowd laughed.

Gloria heard the commotion and sighed then got up to see what was going on. She walked to the crowd and saw me in a fight. She looked surprised then saw Mark walk into the crowd.

"That's enough, Erik. Get Jack and get out of here." Mark said.

"Mark..?" Erik looked at his friend who was just staring at me. "We have to get him back! He embarrassed us and-"

"I said that's enough!" Mark yelled.

The crowd whispered, seeing Mark was afraid of me. I looked at Mark and rose an eyebrow. He looked back at me and closed his eyes, walking away. Erik picked Jack up from the ground and brought him out the crowd.

"He took the star football player down in one punch.." One guy said.

"Does that mean Mark isn't gonna bully us anymore?" A girl with glasses said looking timid.

I picked up my bag and walked out of the crowd. Gloria watched then followed me. She held my arm and I looked back at her.

"Who are you?" Gloria smiled. "This isn't the same Shiro I know, the timid Shiro I once knew would've been trembling at the sight of Erik and Jack."

"Things change. I'm not gonna keep letting them push me around." I responded then turned to Gloria.

I smiled and nodded then I walked off and held her hand. Mark and Erik watched me. Mark closed his eyes and leaned against the wall.

"It's best if we don't get on his bad side at all. You saw the type of power he has. I don't know where it came from. Last time it probably was adrenaline, but this time...it is just natural." Mark said.

"Fuck man. That fucking loser just annoys me. How is he better than us? We are literally the popular ones! We towered over him!" Erik groaned.

"We no longer stand above him or will ever get that chance again. Come on man, let's just get to class." Mark walked to the building.

We stood up and went into the living room and sat on the couch. I turned the TV on and switched the input of the TV. I turned on the fire stick and went to a streaming service to search for a good movie to watch.

"Oh what's that?" Gloria pointed as she was all cuddled up on me.

"Twelve Years Later? Oh I remember that movie. It was a movie I often watched with my mom when I was younger." I smiled.

"What is it about?" Gloria asked.

"It's about a male who goes to fight his long time rival and has to separate from the love of his life. He comes back twelve years later, and reunites with the one he loves but everything is different about her." I responded.

"It sounds good, can we watch it?" She looked at me.

"Yeah." I nodded and smiled, putting on the movie.

The doorbell rang and I got up to get the pizza and drinks I ordered, thanking the delivery guy. I walked back to Gloria and set the pizza and drinks on the table then walked to the kitchen to get plates, napkins, and cups. I walked back to the living room and set them on the table as well, sitting beside Gloria once more.

We began to watch the movie and eat our pizza. The movie was exactly how I remembered it to be, sad and romantic. This movie would always make my mom cry. As I watched the movie, I heard Gloria sniffling. I looked at her.

"Sorry, I just didn't expect it to be like this.." Gloria sniffled and wiped her tears.

I smiled and wiped her tears. She looked at me and smiled back a bit. We locked eyes and she brought her face closer to mine then she slightly closed her eyes.
