LOVE AND DILEMMA

Seeing Yoshie who looked sultry because of the heat, the ice seller tried to offer his wares to Yoshie.

"Miss Gorgeous, want to buy some ice?" said the ice seller with a friendly smile.

"Yeah, I'm thirsty too. I'll just buy strawberry ice," said Yoshie.

Seeing Yoshie start to smile, Jason chirped, "Yay, that's how it starts to be cheerful."

The ice seller gave Jason and Yoshie the ice they ordered. Jason paid for everything. The ice seller immediately took money from his pocket to give change, but Jason refused.

"Keep exchanged," said Jason.

His face shocking. The ice seller looked at Jason in disbelief

"But, the change…" said the ice seller.

"It's okay. That's tip for you," replied Jason, cutting off the ice seller's conversation.

The ice seller was silent. He just smiled, "Thank you sir handsome and miss gorgeous."

He immediately left the two of them. After the ice seller left, Jason and Yoshie sat on a bench eating ice cream, occasionally looking like they were joking around crunchy.

"Yoshie, when you're angry you're cute and adorable," Jason teased.

With a willing face, Yoshie replied, "Tch… you. Do you want me to be angry all the time?"

"Hehehe… well no," Jason said with a laugh.

Slowly, Jason began to feel in love. He ended up taking Yoshie to a park, and he agreed to Jason's invitation. They immediately went to a park. Once there, Jason invited Yoshie to sit on a swing. Jason sat alone with Yoshie. He resumed the conversation.

"Yoshie, when I said we were pretending to be dating, why were you so angry?" he asked.

Yoshi smiled. "I don't want to know, okay..."

Jason while looking at Yoshie's face with a silly face, "Oh yeah. You have a crush on me, huh…"

"Ich! Play it cool! You deserve to be a clown," replied Yoshie while pinching his nose affectionately Jason.

Jason looked at Yoshie with a sweet smile. For a moment, Jason was silent.

"Uhm, maybe it's time for me to express my feelings," he thought.

"Ah, even dumbfounded? Do you have a crush on me? I'm sorry… I just…" Yoshie broke off when she saw Jason's face change.

Then, in a tone of astonishment he again asked, "Jason? What's wrong with you?"

"Um… Yoshie. Honestly, I used to think you were really geeky. But, since I looking back at you now and now that we're partners, I don't know how that felt," Jason said nervously.

Jason gripped Yoshie's hand gently. "Yoshie, I love you, since we were first meet."

Jason touched Yoshie's hand to his chest. "Feel my heartbeat, I love you so much, Yoshi."

Yoshie was silent as if in disbelief. Her heart fluttered. He smiled happily. Inside her heart she said, "Thanks God for sending him. I'm so happy this afternoon."

Jason resumed his speech. "Yoshie, I love you so much. Do you love me?"

Yoshie was silent for a moment. He let his hand rest on Jason's chest. Yoshie just kept quiet and smiled sweetly. Jason asked again. "Yoshi, how 'bout you? Do you love me?"

"Y—Yes, Jason. I… I love you, even though it feels the same as your beating heart my feelings for you," said Yoshie trying to overcome her nervousness.

"Your heart is pounding too?" Jason asked teasing Yoshie.

"Yeah, the name too..." Yoshie said with a sweet smile.

"It's called love too, right?" Jason said continuing Yoshie's words.

"So clever, honey," Yoshie replied, wrapping her arms around Jason's body.

Jason smiled happily. He caressed her gently. Yoshie closed her eyes while smiling enjoying his gentle caress.

In an affectionate tone, Yoshie said to Jason, "Honey, you know what? Today I am very happy. I feel like I want to express my happiness."

"Great idea. Okay, we'll do it," he said later.

They immediately moved from the park to a place. The place is a bit far. When the afternoon, they just arrived there.

Jason took Yoshie to the middle of the lake on a raft. In the middle of the lake, Jason shout. "Yoshieee…. I really love you!!"

Jason sighed. He shouted again. "Yoshieee…. I love you!!"

Yoshie laughed at Jason's behavior.

Jason said again to Yoshie, "Yoshie, it feels really long. Come on, you come along."

Jason helped Yoshie to stand on the raft. Yoshie did the same. She shouted out loud. "Jasoooon, I love you to death!!"

The two of them held hands, and laughed happily. At the same time, Erwin looked so sluggish. After work, he felt lazy to go home. He was thinking in a cafe. He ordered coffee cream, but he didn't drink it.

He just stirred and stirred the drink. He remembered his sister's words.

"Um… should I come back to America?" bath.

He fell silent. While pensive, Ellen who was traveling with Azka happened to be

stop at the same cafe. When they saw Erwin pensive, Ellen and Azka approached him.

Ellen greeted him, "Coincidentally we met here, Brother."

With a languid face, Erwin tried to smile. "Ah you, Ellen."

The two of them sat in front of Erwin. Azka was surprised to see Erwin's languid face. "Sis, why do you look lethargic?"

"Um, I remember Grandpa, and also Aida," he replied with a languid face.

Erwin took a deep breath. He looked back at Ellen.

Erwin said to Ellen, "Ellen, I'm thinking about papa's request. Is it possible that the best way if I'm back to America?"

Ellen just smiled looking at her sister, "I don't know. It's all up to you bro. Earlier, mother had decided to return to repair her relationship with papa."

Erwin was silent for a moment. He was shocked. "So, mama will return to papa?"

"Yeah, Bro. Um… Papa and Uncle Richard today flew to Japan with Grandpa. He send some money for you and mama. He asked you to follow him to Japan. The plan is for them to vacation there for two weeks," said Ellen.

Erwin was silent, but he was cheerful again. He drank the coffee cream that he ordered earlier.

"Oh, the coffee has cooled a bit, but that's okay. At least you're not confused," he said with a laugh.

Ellen and Azka smiled seeing Erwin who was cheerful again. They had dinner together at the cafe.

Meanwhile, in Tokyo Aida is waiting for her mother at the airport. He picked up Ayumi

who just got back from America. Not long after, his father and mother appeared with their grandfather's family at the airport. Aida could not contain her longing. He is close to his father and mother.

"Mama, Papa ..." said Aida to her father and mother.

Ayumi looked at her daughter with a smile, "Aida, ojīchan to sono kazoku to issho ni kimashita." (meaning: Aida, we come with grandpa and his family.)

Ayumi introduces Eddy's family to Aida.

Aida, who missed her grandfather so much, couldn't hold back her emotion. She hugged her grandfather tightly.

Eddy said to Aida, "Watashi no mago, anata wa hontōni o bāchan no yō ni miemasu." (meaning: Granddaughter, you really look like grandma.)

Aida just kept quiet and hugged her grandfather tightly. Goro approached Aida, "Aida-san, kono akogare o ie de tebanashimashita. Sā, rīsu-ka no yado o sagashimashou. Kon'ya wa ie de kono atsumari o iwaimasu."(meaning: Aida, let's let go of this longing at home. Now, we're looking for an inn for the Reese family, and tonight we're celebrating this gathering at home.)

Aida nodded. She looked at his grandfather who was sitting in his wheelchair.

She said to Eddy, "Ojīchan, anata ga inakute sabishīdesu. Kurumaisu o osu koto wa dekimasu ka?"(meaning: I miss you, Grandpa. Can I push the wheelchair?)

Eddy smiled. He motioned for Sharon to let Aida push her wheelchair. Sharon understood. She looked at Aida and motioned for her to push her master's wheelchair. They immediately left the airport. Aida rented a few cars and took the Reese family to an inn that had been booked. Arriving at the inn. Aida hugged her grandfather tightly before going home.

That night, in Jakarta, Erwin contemplated in his room. He thought about his father's offer. He heard a knock on his bedroom door.

"Yeah, a minute please" said Erwin from inside the room.

He got up and opened the door. Ellen and her mother were at her door. Mitha talk to Erwin, "Nak, Mama dan Ellen ingin bicara." (meaning: Son, Mama and Ellen want to talk.)

Erwin nooded, and said, "Iya, Ma. Kita bicara di ruang tengah." (meaning: Yeah, Mom. Let's talk in the living room.)

Erwin left his room to the living room. Ellen and Mitha followed him. Three of them sit there. Mitha opened the conversation. "No, Mama putuskan untuk menyetujui tawaran papa. Mama lakukan ini demi keutuhan keluarga kita." (meaning: Son, Mama has decided to accept papa's offer. Mama do this for wholeness our family, son.)

Mitha was silent for a moment. She continued her words, "Bagaimana, Nak? Bagaimana menurutmu?" (meaning: How, Son? What do you think?)

Erwin just nodded. "Okelah. Aku senang mendengarnya." (meaning: It's okay. I'm pleased to hear it.)

"Brother, Mom and I are going to Tokyo the day after tomorrow. Grandpa is very hopeful if you come along, and papa hopes you come back to America. What's your decision, bro?" asked Ellen.

Erwin was silent for a moment. He thought hard. On the one hand, he is very at home in Indonesia. On the other hand, he just had his heart broken because he hoped to receive Yoshie's loves, but she chose another man. However, there was no way he would accept his father's offer for that reason.

He said with a feeling of doubt, "Um, I'm confused. I'm still thinking, Mom."

Mitha smiled. He understood Erwin's trepidation. "Okay, kid. You think carefully. If you stay here, be fine here. Work really hard."

"Yes, Mom. Erwin wants to rest first," Erwin said getting ready to go to his room.

Mitha nodded and said, "Son, I will wait for your decision tomorrow."

Erwin was silent and nodded. He immediately went to his room to rest.
