A Messed Up Fairytale

Spencer was clicking his pen nervously on the table, WHile Rose stood beside his desk and waited for him to give her orders. After a long pause in the heavy atmosphere, Spencer spoke.

"So you are saying that the investors have chosen another company to invest in?" His teeth were gritted together as he finished his sentence with great effort.

"Yes, and in addition, they said that Bronze has a very unprofessional administration after you skipped the meeting." Rose didn't hold back her dissatisfaction so she didn't fit a filter to her words while speaking and it caused Spencer to feel even more aggrieved for losing the investors.

Spencer's hand clenched into a fist and he breathed out harshly. "All this happened because of that woman." HE huffed while thinking about Lucy.
