At around 9 in the morning, Spencer opened his eyes and felt a sharp stinging on the back of his head. He reached out to see what was wrong with his head as he remembered too little about his experience last night. He slowly sat up in the bed and placed his head on the headrest and took in long breaths to adjust his pain-bearing capability.

"Did someone beat me up in my sleep?" He asked himself as he closed his eyes tightly. His throat was dry and his back felt sore. Something had happened to him that he couldn't recall. He looked around to see a glass of water placed on the side table. He reached out to it still in a lot of pain and gulped it in before putting it back.

"Dad!" HE called out because he wanted to know if he was the one who had beaten him to pulp and was he the reason he felt sore all over. The door opened and he heard the sound of shoes hitting the floor. His eyes were closed so he didn't see who it was.
