Heading To Yangcheng Mountain Range, Deity Organization's Sniper Attack

Qi Shu watched both of them leave through the window. He then fell into deep thought.

He had obtained a lot of useful information just now. Right now, Yangcheng was surrounded by danger both internally and externally. Even the military was forced to take up a defensive stance and await reinforcements.

He had also obtained another piece of good news, which was the fact that there were many pieces of the source of life within the Yangcheng Mountain Range. It seemed like not many people from the military and the Deity Organization had entered that area. If he headed there, he would definitely gain quite a lot of benefits.

Qi Shu prepared everything and headed straight to Yangcheng Mountain Range. As he headed over, he caught sight of several military drones that were patrolling the area. He easily evaded the detection of these drones and quickly headed to Yangcheng Mountain Range.

Qi Shu moved faster and faster. The tall buildings behind him slowly decreased. As he strolled on the farm, he resembled a swift cheetah that was dashing forward.

However, just then, a muffled sound suddenly rang out from behind him. The sound of something piercing through air headed toward him from behind. The thing moved at an unimaginable speed.

Alarm bells rang in Qi Shu's head. The moment this muffled sound appeared, his body fell forward reflexively. It was as if he had fallen while walking. He then fell into the paddy field.

After that, he felt something pierce through his backpack, and some of the supplies fell out. He did not have the time to care. He then moved several meters away.

The paddy on the farm that he was in right now had just started to grow. Standing on the field, one might not even be able to hide a child that was only a few years old. Qi Shu lowered himself to the ground to completely hid himself from others in the farm.

A hint of surprise appeared in the man's gaze. He looked at the two bullet holes below him and kept nodding.

"You actually managed to evade my attack. Since when has there been such a powerful person in the military? It's no wonder that you dared to come here to investigate alone. You're indeed capable! However, you're way too rash. I wonder if the military will go crazy after this genius dies?"

Then, he shouted into his earpiece, "Attention, someone from the military is headed in the direction of Area A. This person has exceptional movement technique. He has dodged two of my long-range sniper shots. You should know how capable he is to be able to dodge two of my shots."

The next moment, a mocking voice rang out in the headset. "He actually managed to dodge your sniper shot? Viper, I think that it's been a few years since you last took action. Has your sniping skills declined? Or were you being too merciful?"
