Chapter 184: F
"I'll be having a dhampir for my dinner today and burn the inedible part as a sacrifice for Roman" the ghoul said as we meet in the middle of the battle field "Maybe it is fate for us to meet, our organizations are arch enemies and we're also both number 13"
"You guys used to only have 10 executives until you copied us"
I got to meet the ghoul who was glaring daggers at me in the middle of the battle field, as for why, the author is too lazy to type it all out, but basically each side send a representative to fight it out before the rest can join in. Basically it's a morale boost for the winner's side.
His name is Yun Chaser, the number 13 of the champions, a black core ghoul. Not a corrupted though, giving me a much higher and easy chance of fighting him.
"Roman said the same thing about me being his fated enemy, since I'm the only one he couldn't sense, I suggest you get Albert's sword's support skill, otherwise you will lose right here"
"Do not speak of his name" he spitted out "You seekers are all so arrogant"
3rd person view
Yun then took out a blood red scythe and aimed it at Perseus' neck. Perseus just grinned as the scythe was at his neck.
"I will kill you today if it's the last thing I do" Yun said
"I turned off my regeneration, and I know that you won't give me a painless death, so make me feel a lot of pain"
< Why is he...? > Anthony Magus questioned what Perseus was thinking but then he remembered a report and a rumored nickname < The laughing demon...?>
"No need to ask twice" Yun's fist was then set ablaze with red flames as he then shot a huge red fireball at Perseus.
His scythe was then also clad with aura and red flames, he held it high and swung in down.
"Flames of the dead" he casted as a crescent shaped slashed headed towards Perseus' direction. It hit him and created smokescreen.
"Flames of annihilation" he casted as a magic circle appeared on the field of where Perseus is at and erupted with red flames.
He then charged in with his scythe, but Perseus jumped out of the smoke and grabbed his face and smashed his head against the ground. Perseus is covered with blood, but it doesn't look like it affected him at all as he had a grin on his face.
"HAHAHAHA, this is fun" Perseus laughed before shouting "Why the fuck are y'all looking at, come at me, I'll kill you all, hahaha"
Perseus hands then exploded several times as Yun kicked him away and get some distance. Yun charged in with his scythe, Perseus sidestepped to the side and punched him in the gut, spun and elbowed him to the face.
"IS THAT ALL YA GOT?!" Perseus shouted before charging in "Come on! Try your best to kill me!"
Perseus then charged in and used his enhanced strength to beat Yun up, without giving Yun a time to counter as a few of his teeth got knocked out.
"Flames of purgatory!" The field then erupted and got consumed by blue flames. Perseus uses mostly his fist to fight Yun, and his ring to absorb every oncoming attack.
"Reminds me of a certain someone" Stella commented
"Yeah, reminds me of you, Erix" Urie observed the fight with amusement
"I like him" Erix laughed "I wanna join in already"
< Yup, that's him alright > Zach chuckled quietly to himself< When he's heavily injured, he will become an unstoppable monster>
"I don't know what's gotten into you, but I will stop you regardless" Yun then readied his scythe and charged in and go for the killing shot
"Za Warudo!(The world)" Perseus casted as time stopped

"No time for a monologue! Kahaha" Perseus laughed as he got out Dream Eater and cut Yun's head off and jumped towards the opposing army.
"Solar Flare!" Perseus casted as he crashed landed against the army
'The world' then stopped as time started to resume. People were shocked to see Yun with his head cut off on the ground and a portion of their army being completely destroyed by explosive blue flames.
"What the fuck just happened?!" Draven exclaimed
"Plot armor's ability, he calls it 'Absurdity'." Damon explained "Its ability is to make the impossible possible"
"So what happened just now?" Rex asked
"He stopped time for a split second" Damon answered "Come on guys, let's go, Perseus is already attacking the rest by himself"
"Yeah, can't let him have all the fun" Ace responded before warping the bonds into the fight.
"Hey! It was supposed to be my job" Erix complained as he then turned into a dragon and fly toward the battle at high speed.
Zach just laughed as the rest of the organization gave him a weird look.

"Getsuga Tenshō!!" Perseus casted as a golden crescent slash strike the enemy destroying another portion of the army.

The leader of the champions is filled with rage and sheer confusion as he witnessed one of his executive died with his own eyes.
His name is Arthur Bourn, he's 184cm tall, has purple hair and blue eyes and is dressed in a black decorated robe.
"What the hell happened?!" Arthur shouted "How can Chaser just die in a second?! Tell me!"
But none of his subordinate answered as they were also shocked that one of their greatest fighters was just killed in a split second.
