Chapter 389: Heist (3)
This is no longer a heist, due to Dabria's outburst, it seems like we got spotted. Ladon seems to have spotted us as he slithered down from the tree and comes towards us.
-Dabria, you go for the apples since Prometheus wants you to do it, me and Hecate will stay down here and fight.-
Dabria just nods and flew up there to pick the apples. I could see Ladon turning towards her and quickly tried to attack her, but Dabria retaliated.
A giant black sword manifested in the sky, with a swing f her arm down, the sword dropped at high speed at Ladon's neck. It caused a deep cut to which the serpent like dragon roared in pain. I then turned to the small army of celestials charging towards us.
I activated the 'Order' trait of 'Conqueror'.
"Stay down!" I shouted at which most of them unwillingly obeyed.
They either stood still or kneel against their will. A few resisted and charged at me, one tried to use his spear to stab me, I dodged sideways to the right, use my left hand to grab it from the side and use my right palm to strike upwards breaking the spear in half.
I then grabbed the falling tip of the spear, surround it with my aura and throw it at another celestial. It flew at highspeed and cut the guy's leg in half. I then drew out Helios flame sword from my spatial storage and wave it around.
"Back off if you wanna be alive, I have seen this sword kill a god. You can try to charge at me if you think I'm bluffing." I warned them and slash the air sending a huge waves of flames to prove my point.
It seems to have caused a minor fire. I then turned to see Dabria already beating Ladon, she placed her hand on its now dead head. Ladon's body then is shrouded by a black miasma of some sort. Its whole body then breakdown bit by bit into countless black butterflies which flew off into the sky and slowly dissipates into the air.
-Pretty.-
-Thank you.- she replied as she then flew upwards to take some of the apples.
The fire I caused earlier seems to have spread to the tree but is quickly put down by the water gods on the scene. Hecate and I made eye contact and we know what to do next. I inject my mana into the sword and stab the group which caused several spots of the ground to spew out explosions of fires, this sword contain powers of the sun, not as strong as the chariot, but strong enough to be a threat to a god.

Hecate blows on her torch which then caused some sort of flame breath attack and caused a simultaneous wild fire as everyone is frantic about it, the few who resisted against my earlier order is trying to put out the fire as everyone else is staying put but have a very worried expression on their face.
"You can put out the fire, just don't attack us." I ordered which gave them some relief
The sky then gets really grey with lightning booming every second. Hecate expression changed for a second, it means that Hera and Zeus are coming.
-How many have you gotten so far? They're coming.-
-I got most of the apples of the tree.- Dabria answered -Magic can't pluck them, so I had to pluck them manually, and they got some resistance to them.
A lightning bolt then struck the ground several meters in front of us with Zeus and Hera appearing in front of us.
"Should have pulled off a stealthy heist." Zeus smiled as he crack his knuckles and got out a lightning bolt that has the length of a human height
"Nah, we did, but we planned on pissing you off from the beginning, we either burn the tree secretly after we steal the apples or we confront this garden head on, we tried to pull off a heist, but it seems like we've failed."
"There is a fine line between stupidity and bravery boy." Hera commented "I knew you were up to something, I heard that you aren't after immortality, but it seems like rumors are wrong."
-Dabria, the apples, I need to take a bite and spit it out in front of them to assert dominance.-
Dabria then landed next to me and hand me and apple, I took a bite and not gonna lie, I thought it should just taste like a regular high quality apple, but the moment I bit it, I was tempted to finish the rest as it's one of the best tasting fruit I've ever tasted.
Though the only disadvantage is that it is like biting into gold, so regular people won't be able to eat it, but it becomes crunchy and delicious the moment it got into my mouth. I then spit it out before I'm tempted to swallow the whole thing.
Dabria just took a bite of one and ate it normally since she's already immortal. But I also felt something strange the moment I bit that apple and spit it out, it seems like my vision got clearer and I can see mana more efficiently.
I can also feel the mana inside my body swelling up a bit and evolved. I then took another bite and as before, I can feel the gray mana inside my body developing a darker color.
"Say, is there a way that you 2 can distract Zeus and Hera momentarily?" Hecate requested "There's something I want to try and it require them distracted."
"How long?" Dabria asked
"A few seconds is fine."
Dabria then turned to me.
-I got an idea.- Dabria said
-Ok, what is it?-
-First, I want you to offer no resistance.-
-Are you going to throw me at them?-
-No resistance.- she insisted and place her hand and gripping my collar
-Fine...but you're going to throw me at them, aren't you?-
She just pull me in and kissed me.
