Chapter 397: Perseusomachy (3)
I killed most of the titans and giants before my ability ran out of time which the others launch their attack and killed the rest of our enemies. it took 3 days as the fight ensues while I was recovering from far away. I would occasionally use make to create golems to help keep pressure on the enemies.
Everyone released their restrictions by the end of it and I used my eyes to see the life force of our enemies to make sure no one is alive, I also have Dabria to survey over them and have her contact Thanatos to make sure that he have seen the souls of the army we just destroyed and sure enough the author's title caught on among the gods.
Dabria would hear the story of the so called 'Perseusomachy', a fight led by me, Perseus Silver to retrieve fragments of Kronos which possess the power over time, killing descendants of the giants that participated in the original gigantomachy, and the titan prisoners that was thrown down here by the Olympians.
Due to my soul being that of a descendant of a Greek God and my current achievements, I seem to have become a candidate for Olympus and are making a special exception that I don't have to be a god, I can just hold the position till they find a proper successor. But still, many gods would have to reject that position before it lands on me.
Everyone seems to be tired so we made small pit stop at Nyx who seems more than happy to see me.
"Congratulations, your magic is now in the white stage." she then hugged me who is too tired to even push her away "I knew that you would make me proud, you should fight the other primordials next."
-I feel weird being the only black core in the group.- Damon commented
-Yeah, I don't think Dabria counts, and definitely in terms of combat power, we're all catching up due to her not practicing as much as she should. No wonder Chaos is a big threat, all these gods and goddesses are complacent with their position.-
-My job is to watch over, not to fight, I fight if it's necessary. And I also attend my classes with Thanatos all the time.- Dabria argued -Diana can prove it.-

-Lia does proper exercise you know, she studied acrobatics and gymnastics when she was younger and carry it till today, Eliza work in the forge, even my mother, a retired huntress still go for jogs and runs, you on- -

"I was offered the seat of Olympus, you know." Nyx said "Due to my age, if I do join, I would even be made queen."
"Cool, why are you telling me this I already know that Zeus is currently being locked up till he calms down and return as an enforcer's apprentice."
"If you want, I can take the throne and replace Hera with you while making her your new wife." Nyx offered "She has experience of managing Olympus and is extremely faithful."
"Yeah nah, I don't want her killing everyone else since she would want to be a sole wife, she's a psycho."
"With my authority if I take the throne, I can strip away her powers from doing so."
"No thanks, I already 3 goddesses to think about."
-3?- Dabria asked -Who else? It's Hygeia, isn't it?-
-Aw, she's jealous.- Ace mocked sarcastically
-As I said before, I don't care how many wife you have, just give me shelter, food and a good place to laze around.- Siege chimed in

"3? My my, you're not any better than Zeus, I knew I liked you." Nyx applauded "I have much more lovers throughout the years though."
"Well unlike Zeus, I plan on marrying them and not go for anyone else, my relationship right now is very complicated...I have a very curious question for you. Do you know where Chaos is right now? Or at least a way to trach Chaos down."
"I wouldn't recommend going after Chaos right now." Chaos advised "Gods like Thor, Odin, and Atlas are responsible as her guards and they definitely know how to counter your manipulation of reality since your fight have been broadcasted all over."
"But going right now is better than ever." Stella argued "The longer we let this go on, the worse it gets."
< I will use 'absurdity' to prevent me from being forcefully turned into mortal if Chaos catches me trying to use my body as host. >
"You see, if Chaos attacks during the banquet, Chaos will come with the minimal amount of guards because he likes it that way." Nyx explained "And we can't cancel the banquet either, it will lower our morale, but if they really do plan on attacking during the banquet, the amounts of gods and titans gathered in one spot should give you a chance."
"It really is frustrating, despite knowing all that, the gods are not seeking power to grow any stronger and us mortals will just have to solve their problems for them." Cain complained "Gods can't exist without mortals, mortals can't exist without gods, this cycle is really fucked up. Some gods are too heavily depended on while some gods like Zeus just plainly refuse to do their job and mess with mortals, but when the time comes, they'll just retreat like cowards."
"You're not wrong." Nyx confirmed "Most gods are cowards, that's why they're siding with Chaos, I choose the neutral side because I have done so for years and I will continue to do so."
"You're probably one of the gods who knows Chaos best, can you give me some information about Chaos' strengths and weaknesses?" Zach asked
