2016 Carlos a happy but dumb carefree 18-year-old Filipino male with Autism who wants to be smart and have common sense is being rehabilitated in a Medical Center for the Mentally Disabled. One day an Obviously suspicious man approaches Carlos claiming to be a doctor tells Carlos to follow him to become smart and take his so-called "Psychiatric Surgery". Carlos carefree follows him unknowingly into his "Clinic" then performs the surgery.
