Demon Kings had the power to manipulate space and dimensions, at Balance current level he wouldn't stand a chance, even with his God Force.
Remember, Balance's God Force hasn't reached its full potential. He could only use around 1% of God Force, because his body was too weak.
Facing a Demon King now, he wouldn't be able to manipulate space and time. He would be turned into dust within seconds.

The teleportation circle was almost done. This teleportation circle was different than the one who teleported Balance to hell.
The teleportation circle of hell had a more aggressive form. But this one had at the right side of the teleportation circle a peaceful form, but on the left a aggressive form.
Balance didn't know much of teleportation circles, he only fought. However he had seen some teleportation circles. Although the teleportation circles of his previous life were more complicated and far more superior and didn't pay much attention to them, he could still guess this one.
He wasn't going to teleport to a world, but a special space. This space was a space between Life and Death. The Liminal.
Some call it the spiritual world, some call it the land of the dead. It all comes down to one conclusion: It wasn't a good place to be.

When the teleportation circle was finally done, Balance disappeared with a flash. This entire process took 2 days, but time was nothing in the eyes of Balance.
Balance opened his eyes. It seemed he was on a floating flat rock in space, stars were all around him. Broken rocks were floating around the flat rock where Balance currently stood.
This floating flat rock in space was quite large, Balance calculated it was around 1000 square kilometres. The small looking floating rocks looked small but were actually very big.
In the middle of the floating flat rock stood an entity with 9 black wings. It had black hair and was actually very slender. Gray skin with cracks on its skin. It looked as if the creature was a broken doll.
[Eyes of Balance] could perfectly see the creature, even if it was around 500 kilometres away.
Balance immediately confirmed the species, Fallen Angel.
