The Capsule Inn's Completion And A New Bunny?

※~・Arc 8: The Birth Of The Rabbit God; Rabbit's Capsule Restspot・~※

Hey, Shun here!

Have you ever tried sleeping on a memory foam mattress? If you had such an experience, how does it feel?

Well, you see, my past self once had a chance to try out a memory foam mattress when I went out to window shop at a nearby mall. The feeling of the foam wrapping around your body and giving you that comfortable sleeping position was so heavenly that I fell asleep.

I only woke up when an angry mall employee shook me awake.

(Shun's POV)

Whilst we were busy doing the finishing touches on our Capsule Inn, I suddenly remembered something. Tsuka, Ikumei, and Zenko all used up some of their DP allowance but Rokuko hadn't.

I know this since the three girls asked me to buy the stuffs that they like for them on the [DP Catalog] while, even though Rokuko have access to her own [Dungeon Menu], I hadn't seen her use it even once.

"Right, Rokuko? Have you used your 10,000 DP yet?" I'm pretty sure she haven't but I want to make sure. She might've forgotten about it, who knows?

"Mmm, not yet. I was thinking about using it on the gacha again, but I'm not sure if I should roll the 1,000 DP gacha ten times or roll the 10,000 DP gacha once." Oh, right. Didn't she say that she summoned me through the [Gacha] function of the [Dungeon Menu] for 1,000 DP?

While I do feel quite offended that I was summoned with just 1,000 DP, I was actually the one who asked the God to do that so… yeah. That somehow made me feel a bit better.

"What's gacha…? That word sounds totally rad somehow. Care to drop the deets on me?" Oh, right… I tend to forget that this gluttonous new companion of ours ended up super in debt after gambling too much.

Ichika's not just a big food lover. I should remember not to let her play the gacha as much as she wants or she'd probably use up all our DP in a single day.

Having a gambling addiction is scary. If you don't know how to control your urges, you'd end up just like Ichika — turning into a sex slave — or maybe even worse.

"You're right! Pulling the 10,000 DP gacha would be way more exciting!" It seems like while I was immersed in my own thoughts, Ichika had already convinced Rokuko to use all of her 10,000 DP at once. I have to tell her not to teach Rokuko about gambling or I'll cut off her food supply for eternity.

"Riiight? If you're gonna do it, you've gotta do it all at once!"

By the way, I did say that Rokuko decided on how she would expend her DP by the time I got out of my train of thoughts but it wasn't that long, really.

To be exact, it took Rokuko only one ten-second conversation for her to decide on how she should use her DP. Like, are you serious? That's good enough for you?

"Okay, let's do it! 10,000 DP gacha, gooo!"

Because Rokuko acts on impulse, she immediately acted on what she thought. Thankfully, we are on the Master Room so even if she manages to summon a Leviathan or something, we would be fine. Pretty much.

Rokuko used up all her DP on the [Gacha] and, before long, a magic circle glowed into existence with a hum along the white floor. This magic circle is really big. It's the size of a regular room already.

"Oooh, I knew the 10,000 DP gacha would be fancy!"

Rokuko watched in fascination at the continuously growing magic circle. She, Ichika, and Koharu were squealing in excitement. Zenko, Ikumei, and Maichi was standing protectively in front of me while Tsuka is resting on top of my head.

Well, Maichi was probably just scared and decided to stand with the bigger group. Seiko wasn't here since she insisted that she would be working on the arrangement of the plants outside of our inn, in order to make it look more vibrant.

"Dragooon! Dragooon!" Hey, Rokuko, do you really believe that you can roll dragons with just 10,000 DP?

"You can roll dragons too?! We're eating dragon steak tonight, my dudes!"

"I won't let you eat him!"

"…I mean, his tail will grow back even if we cut it off, so…"

"What?! No!"

While Rokuko is excited about the thought of getting a dragon, Ichika became excited by the thought of eating dragon meat. As expected of fantasy, dragon meat was made to be tasty.

I was watching the magic circle and I have to say, this is such a big one. It's probably enough to cover an entire small sized supermarket with its size.

Eventually though, the magic circle began to shrink while spinning rapidly. Its size continued shrinking until it's back to its initial size.

"Hm? Mmm?"

"Woah, woah, it's getting small. What's up with that?" The circle was getting even smaller. Wow, it's really small now.

"Ooooh…"

"I-Is this a miss? Is this what you call a bad roll?" Rokuko and Ichika's enthusiasm were steadily beginning to wane.

Later on, in the middle of where the magic circle disappeared, a lone bunny stood there while tilting its head. Hey, that's a cute rabbit.

It's a pastel colored rabbit, with its fur being a really light colored purple. The tips of its ears, however, were shaped like that of a wispy flame that gradually turns into dark purple to light blue. It's eyes, on the other hand, is fiery red in color.

"Kyaaa! It's a bunny! Come here bunny~! I finally have my own bunny~! Look, Tsuka, a new friend for you!" Upon seeing the bunny that's just standing in its original spot absentmindedly, Rokuko immediately swooped in to hug it.

Tsuka seems to be curious so she literally flew off and levitated around Rokuko to look at the new bunny who's inside Rokuko's embrace. I felt some wind blow my hair earlier so she probably used that to levitate her small body.

Upon seeing Tsuka, the new bunny struggled inside Rokuko's embrace and, when it got into an upright position, it respectfully bowed to Tsuka. Did it struggle because it wanted to greet Tsuka or something?

"Squeak… Majesty…" Majesty? Oh, right. Because of Tsuka's cuteness, I tend to forget that she's a royalty amongst the entire rabbitkind.

"Squeak~! Squeak, squeak~! You, may raise your head~! You are, friend now~!"

Since I was curious, I checked the description of this bunny using [Group Chat] stealthily.

✽✽[Heilen Bunny(Variant)]✽✽

One of the so-called 'aristocrats' amongst the entire rabbitkind. The entire clan of these bunnies have always been the right hand men of Vorpal Bunnies, serving under them for many years. Due to being a variant, not only did it have the top class healing abilities of a normal Heilen Bunny, it's offensive power has also been raised.

[Skills]:

• "Transformation: Fhenix Mode"

- An inherent skill of every Heilen Bunny. Call out the power of the fhenix within you and gain their full capabilities. This allows the Heilen Bunny to fuse with the fhenix within them, allowing them to control both the life element and the fire element.

• "Life Orb"

- The unique skill of the Heilen Bunny. It allows the user to create three types of orbs: the [Healing Orb] that heals anyone who touches or consumes it back to full health, the [Stamina Orb] that relieves the fatigue of anyone who touches or consumes it, and the [Mana Orb] that fills up the mana of anyone who touches or consumes it, out of every people the user touches or kill. These orbs could only be consumed or used with the user's consent.

• "Synergy"

- An inherent skill unique to this Heilen Rabbit variant. The user fuses with its chosen individual and grants them 100% access of the user's skills.

• "Pyromancer"

- Allows the user to control small flames that explodes upon impact.

• "Life Element's Blessings"

- Beloved by the life element itself, Heilen Bunnies have a great affinity with any healing magic or arts. The effects of those spells, when used by a Heilen Rabbit, are raised three fold.

• "???"

- (locked)

• "???"

- (locked)

✽✽✽✽✽✽✽✽✽✽

Since the two bunnies seems to be getting along just fine, I and the girls left them be and began working on the inn. It's just a matter of time before it's completion.

✽✽✽✽✽✽✽✽✽✽

The next day, we were finished with the Capsule Inn's modifications and it's about time to start managing it for real. But regardless of how ready we were, adventurers didn't just storm the place as soon as we opened up. Things would take time to really get going.

Also, I forgot about this but there should still be a few more days before adventurers come and visit our dungeon. This is a remote place so people purposefully visiting this to get inside the inn is also out of The question.

Aside from us, no one else but Haku and her crew knew that we've been building an inn here.

By the way, after some intense debates and discussions, we decided to name the Capsule Inn the Rabbit's Capsule Restspot, or Rabbit Restspot for those who are lazy. While I wanted to include the word 'doll' in the name to provide cover for the golems that we will be using as some kind of guard for our inn, Rokuko and the others firmly rejected that idea.

If someone asked about the golems, we could just claim that Rokuko and I, the owners of this inn, were golem users and that would do it. That wouldn't be a lie since Rokuko and I have [Create Golem] on our arsenal.

"It seems like there will be no customer coming for a few days..." Seiko muttered while standing straight and smiling warmly from behind the counter. Aside from being really motherly, taking care of Zenko, Ikumei, Tsuka, and the new bunny that Rokuko promptly named as Fenny when she heard about one of its skill, she's also quite serious when it comes to work.

Meanwhile, the complete opposite of her is slumping on one of the dining tables, whining.

"Haaah… I'm so freakin' bored, man…" Ichika said while shaking her head left and right on the table. I couldn't blame her, we weren't getting any customers yet.

Getting no customers meant that we didn't really need to man the counters yet but Seiko insisted on doing so, dragging Ichika along with her.

By the way, the food on our menu was basically as good as the stuff you'd find in an average restaurant. Since the food from my world was really cheap DP-wise, I think we'll be able net a great profit from this inn.

Our meals are classified in rank according to the adventurer's guild rankings, with G-rank meal set being the cheapest and the S-rank meal set being the most expensive of them all. The G-rank set meal consists a bread that's hard on the outside and soft on the inside, along with a vegetable soup. As the rank of The meal set goes higher, the more tasty the food is.

In order to get more people to buy D-rank meals and above, I decides to give a free purin to people who buy any meal over D-Rank. I bought them in a set of three, much like you'd find in a supermarket. [Three Purin Set (1 DP)].

They came on plastic plates that were actually valuable in this world, so I recycled them for use in golems. The remaining purin will be stored somewhere safe to protect it from the hands of gluttonous ladies like Ichika. Surprisingly, even Maichi was joining her in her shenanigans.

Anyway, enough about our inn's menu. There seems to be a customer coming.

"I hope I'm the first visitor to my dear sister's inn?"

Author's Remarks:

※ This chapter took longer than I expected to write since I couldn't find a proper stopping point. We will talk about what happened to the inn first and, when we arrive at a suitable stopping point, I'll hit it with a time skip. (Tsuka's adventurers happened after this chap btw.)
