The museum usually didn't allow the public to have a personal look into the paintings, because the public had ways to talk ill about the paintings. When the last Director was in charge, he allowed everyone to take personal look at the paintings which caught their attention but it didn't end well. He also made rules that cameras and mobile phones are not allowed into the museum to avoid the fake paintings.
