"Jeff, when are you coming home?" Noah asked as he plopped on the couch after a long stupid day.

"Soon, why? Want me to grab something on way?" He asked as his soft voice echoed through the house, as the phone was in speaker.

"Nothing, get your big ass home safe without stressing me."

"Okay, I was just meeting a friend and no worries, I have a special charm on me which will keep me safe." Jeff ended the call making Noah smile wide.

The last night, when all were asleep, Noah sneaked into Jeff's room and gave his bracelet to the boy. It was the one he was using his small age as his mother said it will keep him safe from evil spirits. Noah was very worried about Jeff that he removed the charm for the first time and gave it to his friend. Jeff woke up in the middle and saw the charm but remained silent to not make the other flustered. Noah smiled wide realizing his friend already realized the charm was from him. He cannot risk Jeff whatever the case is.
