The Moon Goddess had thought marking one man as the chosen werewolf would be enough to protect the entire land of Nevrisea.

The world had changed while she slept, and people no longer loved her. Upset with herself, she went on the search for new alphas. If they passed her requirements, she was going to mark them as her chosen protectors. 
What she didn’t expect was those she had marked were falling in love with her!

How was she going to do her job if they kept trying to fight for her?!

Picky Goddess Searching For Her Alphas

Over in the town of Winterhallow, Ryton Yu gritting his teeth as he took in the hits. He no longer feared Jason Meeks. He spoke up, talked back, and had created disequilibrium at the farm. He rallied up the workers and were causing Roger trouble.


"They say working in the fields was for the city, but have you seen it? Have you seen fresh grapes being sold to us? How about these cucumbers or these pumpkins? You don't! Sir Jason Meeks keeps most of them to feed himself and his mistresses. Then, those close to him earn a portion and it keeps going. Where do you think we land? At the bottom!"


"They've lied to you and I have too, but I am tired of lying and pretending. Sir Jason Meeks do not deserve to be a leader!"


Those around him gasped and they hesitated to agree in fear of getting punished. They saw what Roger and even their leader had done to the boy. They didn't want to be in pain.
