Chapter 24 : Start to live for yourself

When Aranya enter the institution, Ellie was was only seven years old but still recognized the fire she had in her eyes for revenge towards werewolves. But then slowly slowly that fire started to deem and now, that fire was nowhere to be seen in her eyes,can't see fire on her eyes anymore.

Its like the person who enter the institution at that time and the person standing front of her at moment were totally different one, they weren't the same.

" Ok! I will listen to you ", Aranya left the training room ground after that.

Jammy Lukan as well, left the training ground after some moment after she left.

Aranya came back to her room and lock the door from inside. It was true when Ellie said that she Aranya didn't sleep the whole night. And how can she fall asleep when all she was doing last night was traveling and killing the crazy werewolves in the Dan village.

She plop on the bed and put her hands over her forehead, covering her yes as she was feeling little dizzy and drowsy from the frustration.

She was about lay on the bed when the window suddenly make noises. No, it was actually someone who was knocking on the window.

She had all the windows close due to the feat of someone seeing her cleaning Black sword earlier. But what now?

Aranya was aware of the person who was on working on the door. She sigh as she get up from the bed, caress her hair back and walk to the window.

There was only one person who can do this kind of trick and prank her.

She open the window..." What now? did you not insult me enough back then that you still want to play tricks on me, Jammy Lukan ".

As expected, it was jammy Lukan, the person she didn't wanted to meet so early after hearing so much crap from his mouth.

She know it was all their planning to convince and let everyone that she was training all night and Jammy Lukan was the one to train her. But this bastard, he gone way too far to call her an idiot and a girl without brain...

She know she shouldn't be offended and get angry by those sentences and words as they were just the part of her plan. But she was...offended by him.

" What does that supposed to mean? wasn't that how you wanted things to end up? but now here you are, blaming me for everything ", Jammy jump inside as he made his entry like a hero inside.

" Hmph! my plan? I just told to make them believe that we were together training all night and that's how I got this scar on my neck. But instead, you got whole revenge in the guise of everything ", Jammy answer in return as he started to walk in her room freely and looking at her stuff.

It was really hard to defeat him in words, even after being wrong, she couldn't come to argue with him as there were no words which can fit to this situation.

" We won't talk about that, let me ask you something serious ", Jammy became serious and sit down on the chair which was in the room on the corner.

Aranya sit down on the bed to hearing how his words were sounding so serious out of the blue.

" Say, what do you wanna tell me ", She cross her hands in a boss manner and was looking at him with baffled look. She really had no idea why jammy was getting so serious and even to the point he couldn't wait to tell her.

" Aranya, I don't know why you don't want other to know about your secret. But for how much longer do you want to stay this way? you can't always stay weak in everyone's mind ", He was getting at something but what? she still couldn't figure him.

" What do you want me to do then? ", She asked with baffled expression.

" You can't always stay like this and live to kill others. You gotta start to live for yourself, think about it ", Jammy had his own reason to say that.

He was seeing her in this academy for fifteen years now, he had seen her growing in front of him. But for how long she wanted to stay here? no matter the purpose she came or admitted in here, but this isn't her home.

Apart from this academy, there should be a place for her which she can call home and feel at ease. And he don't want to see her always staying weak in everyone's mind and pretending to be dedicated.

She can't always live for other and to kill those monsters.

Aranya was shock for a moment after hearing him. She couldn't believe those words were coming from his mouth and meant good for her.

She was happy inside but was upset on the outside, she didn't meant to feel this way but was feeling. She know it very clearly that this academy was never her home and she can't always stay here.

Jammy Lukan was right when he said he wanted her to leave this place but was that really this easy to do? she had been living here for the last fifteen years, this place almost became her home in those years.

But now that Jammy reminded her that this place was not her home, she felt quite sad and bad at the same time.

" Aranya, don't take my words to your heart in that way. I don't mean to make you feel sad or upset in any way, I just want you to think about it ", Jammy was getting at something and she was understanding it now.

" If I can't stay here then where should I go? you know I have been living here from the age of five. I know I can't make this place my home but how am I supposed to live for myself when there's no reason left? how can I live for myself after seeing my love ones being killed and tramp by those monsters? "
