Chapter 40 : Heading to the next destination

After taking rest for an hour or so. Aranya get ready....

She had a task to complete, to let the guy retreat of his own.

At early morning, she purposely come out and head to the place where the two coachmen from Mr Taylor's side were.

She stop at the track when she saw two men getting everything prepared for the journey again.

" Good morning, misters....", She greet the both fellows as she smile to them meekly and sweetly. Afterall....it was her real personality.

" Hello, Miss Aranya ", The both coachmen fellows greet her as well while had thay smile casted on their face.

" Did you had breakfast ", She asked another question in soft tone, like she was worried about them.

" Not yet, but will soon after all preparation starts here ", Said one of them.

" But what are you doing here, miss Aranya? ", They were little curious because she was all alone early in the morning where the morning breeze was too strong and cold and she was only wearing some thin clothes.

" Ahh! actually, there's something I have been meaning to tell you two from yesterday ", She come to the point...

It was urgent for her to shake them both all from the way, she can't let them company her...

The both coachmen glance at each other with knitted brows, they were curious.

" What is it, miss Aranya? ".

It was no abnormal that the both were too polite with her. Mr Taylor has order them both to not do anything disrespecting to her as she was important person.

" Umm! since you both have agreed to company us to wherever we are going, you must know that how dangerous is it on the two dates of the full moon night, you know right? ", She asked them as it was important to come clean.

The both were not affected by what she was telling and asking them. And even if they wanted to reject going with her, Mr Taylor was still around them and has order them to go with her and send her to the right location safely...they can't probably disrespect the Dean of the Werewolf slayer institution.

" I have read in books before that it's too dangerous on that night and that night will arrive in ten days...I didn't have to warn you if i have not seen the dangerous by own eyes. But I know how dangerous those creature can be ", She was pawing her way to their mind slowly slowly with her serious words and innocent look.

" What do you exactly want to tell us, miss? ", They both asked.

Who can all thsi better than them since they always travel around leaving those day of the month. But still...they were confused as to what she want to tell them both exactly.

" I won't beat around the bush here, I want you two o back from this journey. I am but a frail women who can't even protect herself and having you two with me will only make me more and more scared everyday ", She get to the point directing, telling them to not continue this journey anymore and return to the village they come from and do their work usually as they have always been.

The both heard her correctly and cleanly. But...they couldn't come up with anything to agree with her and eventually had to apposed the idea.

" We can understand your worries, miss Aranya. But you are our responsibility and we can't back off just in the beginning ".

Hard nuts to crack, the both of them were.

Aranya really want to grabbed her forehead and slam on the wall as they both were acting totally clueless about the danger she was talking about.

" Please misters, don't act this way. Since this village has many coachmen who got hire to take the foreigners to other villages, I have decided to hire one and get you two free. I will have no heavy stone on my heart if you two are to be safe ", Said Aranya.

" Miss Aranya, we can't do this...we have already talk Mr Taylor and can't leave you alone until you don't get to your destination...", Said the coachmen.

As expected, they were really too stubborn and giving no chance to her. But she was Aranya, and would never admit her defeat until she don't succeed in her plan.

" If you worrying about the payment, then I will pay you the full fees which was supposed to give you after you complete the mission. But my heart won't be at ease if you two are to be in danger ", She said some convincing words again.

There was no doubt Mr Taylor might have paid them the whole payment...but she still needed to convince them.

" You both have a family to feed at home and maybe small kids too. And this job is little difficult and risky, so please...just back off from this journey. I have yet to come out from the trauma I got in childhood, I will die if I am to experience another one now ".

She was upset and sad, didn't wanted to experience something like that again.

Hearing her, they both look at each other...

Don't know why, but they found her convincing.

Her acting sad and upset and caring for them on top of that was too real that they didn't suspect it to be just an act.

" Fine! we will back off at your command. And you don't have to worry about money since Mr Taylor is the one who paid us. But there's one condition ".

At last, they agreed.

But what? what condition they want to set at the front?

" Please go ahead...", She said.

She was happy from inside that everything was gone smoothly.

" We will help you look for the coachmen would will be accompanying you into this journey, is that OK with you? ", They asked.

" Ok....I am OK with that. I will actually feel grateful and safe if you are the one to choose the next carriages for us ".

She agree quickly as she had another palmed in her mind. It didn't matter to her anymore what they do next now since her planned work out well.

But it was actually quite easy that she thought. She thought she would need to put so much effort to shake them both all, but it work out well...and they agree way to quickly than she thought they would.

" Then...you should go and prepared yourself, we will inform you after we get coachmen for the next journey ", They blatantly and politely asked her to head to the inn and make preparation as they would go on the coachmen hunting.

" Ok! please do so. Then, I should take my leave ", She said and walk out from them.

" One thing is done, let's focus on the next thing them ", She murmured as she stretch out her hands as if it was too hustle for her.

After this, she emigetly head towards the coachmen she hired this morning. And tell them to do as she says.

[ After an hour...]

" Let us, miss ", The coachmen help getting all the stuff in the carriage.

Apparently, they checkout from the inn and were now to head to the next journey. It was going to be the second day after they set out.

All stuff was loaded on the carriage at last.

The coachmen get ready to leave.

" If you meet Mr Taylor, tell him to not worry about me and that I am safe. And...please take care ", Said Aranya to the both and get into the carriage.

" And yeah...you don't need to tell him that I am with her, cause I will be going my separate way from next village...take care ", Said Jammy as well and get inside the carriage.

The both carriages finally depart from there and started to head towards the road.

" Yeah...we did a good job ", Jammy and Aranya high five as the planned gone smoothly.

" No matter what...but you are always reliable ", Jammy was apparently complementing her for the good job she just did.

" But I didn't expected it to be so easy, you know. But whatever, the planned gone smoothly and now there are no eyes watching us...", Said Aranya.

After a while, the carriage enter the forest again.

But this time, the road was paved in the deep forest which also included stiff mountains and higher mountain...they need climb up go reach another village.

The journey started with a good start and she believe there was going to be nothing wrong on the journey.

Yet another day, filled with daily morning training.

Rannon might be the crown prince, but he never neglected his duties and always looked for him army and Knights.

" You Highness, there's a guest that has come to see you ", The servant said as he come looking for the crown prince Rannon urgently.

" Who's here to see me? ".

" It's...it's the Duke himself ".
