He was literally feeling so much pain and now he was even telling her that he was in pain....she felt kind of disappointed.

So when she was trying to get it out, he felt a burning pain sensation...it was way too painful that he believe he should just die rather than sustaining it.

" I guess so but can't tell for how much long ", He told her in shrinking pain.

His voice shake a little as he didn't feel good.
